Very happy with the purchase of the Ultravision by BObsweep. Purchased back July for new flooring and is doing well in keeping it clean.

I really like my robot bobsweep. it's very smart and does a great job. vacuuming. it also, mops. I love that it does mapping for mopping so that way my carpets stay dry.

Robot works well and the lidar is accurate. Only downside is the main vacuum/roller part is small so it takes a lot more passes and more time to run a cycle.

From the vacuum/mop to Junho in customer service, my experience w/bObsweep has been 5 star. Will definitely tell all my friends about my new buddy bOb. He leaves your floors spotless.

I recently had my vacuum repaired and was extremely impressed with the customer service I received. From the moment I called, the staff was friendly, professional, and eager to help. When I received my vacuum back, it was working like new again.

The bObsweep has been doing good. Sometimes it looses it map but it is an easy fix.

I have used the vacuum on numerous occasions and it functions exactly as advertised. I will be trying the mopping cycle soon and expect that it will be as good as the vacuuming. The app is great as well!

Made the carpet look pretty but didn't really clean up bits of tissue paper or crumbs. The dock always had a flashing red light, indicating a problem, even though i cleaned it after each session. I'm returning it

We bought our BobSweep on a promotion before Christmas. Zero regrets. We absolutely love it. It's definitely made a difference on the floors, and therefore, made our lives easier. We will absolutely be purchasing another one!
