We loved this vacuum in the beginning. But after a few months it started to have one problem after another. Now the Lidar doesn't work. It's VERY frustrating and, in my opinion, a waste of good money. We've quit even trying to use it.

i have used a roomba in the past, which did well. then when i needed to get a replacement vaccum, i noticed the ultravision on sale. i am so glad i did. this vaccum has triple the suction that the roomba had.

I use this about once a week. My dog sheds really bad. There is usually fur under my tables. I run this and it really takes care of the fur. I have it for about 6 months and the bag has not had to be replaced.

We bought our BobSweep on a promotion before Christmas. Zero regrets. We absolutely love it. It's definitely made a difference on the floors, and therefore, made our lives easier. We will absolutely be purchasing another one!

First the price was on point. The UltraVision options and mapping ability was easy and fast. The suction is twice the strength of the competitors....works awesome.

Made the carpet look pretty but didn't really clean up bits of tissue paper or crumbs. The dock always had a flashing red light, indicating a problem, even though i cleaned it after each session. I'm returning it

I have used the vacuum on numerous occasions and it functions exactly as advertised. I will be trying the mopping cycle soon and expect that it will be as good as the vacuuming. The app is great as well!

This is the first robotic vacuum we have ever owned, and I was quite skeptical about how such a small device could hold what it vacuums up. We are using it downstairs in our home, which is about 2,600 square feet, and we have three dogs. It is programmed to run once during the day, and again during the night. It has been running for a month now, and we have not had to vacuum at all outside of what Bob has done. It took roughly one month to fill the bag at the home station before it needed to be replaced. I am impressed with the way that it navigates house and cleans under obstacles that we would not normally vacuum under, but which collect dust. Overall, a top quality product and it has exceeded our expectations. Defintely glad we made the purchase.

I bought this as a gift for my girlfriend, and it is so wonderful. She has a 3 year old, a cat, and a Husky, which means hair and mess galore and it actually handles all of it wonderfully. For my first time buying a robo-vacuum, it seems like a necessity these days. It never gets stuck either - the Lidar mapping seems to work flawlessly. Highly recommend.

So far we love our new Ultravision vacuum. It was easy to set up, does a great job vacuuming and the self emptying is a game changer! We have not used the mop function yet but are excited to do so. Compared to our old robo-vacuum, we notice it cleans better and quicker, is much quieter, and doesn’t run in to walls or objects. It’s a little loud when self emptying but that’s to be expected.
