I love our bObsweep Ultravision Robot Vacuum! We have had it for a couple of months now and I've been incredibly happy with it. I use it 2-3 times a week, both to do mid week vacuums as well as when it's time to deep clean the floors. It is so efficient as well. When I first purchased it I was wondering how well the mop function would work and was happy with the results. I really like using the app to schedule sessions while choosing quick cleans, mopping and vacuuming. My husband doesn't use the app but he is happy use the buttons on the machine itself. We had fun naming our vacuum in the app as well, he is now "R2D2". Great find for busy people as well as people who are not able to vacuum due to physical issues. I highly recommend it.

I call my sweeper Bob and I've told everyone that he is my newest best friend!!! I love him and couldn't be happier. He does a great job! And I enjoy the app, it is helpful and interesting. He has mapped the entire main floor of my house accurately and even traverses doorway threshold transition strips to make sure he cleans every room. I hated sweeping my floors but I sure love telling my google device to "start Bob!".

We have had this vacuum for over a year and just bought a second one. We use our daily and have enjoyed it. We have multiple floor transitions that it handles without issues.

We've got an Ultravision for about 2 weeks. It's work great, our house floor getting a lot cleaner since the Ultravision took over my cleaning job 😉. My kids love it, my husband enjoys the dust free floor. We used to bought 360 Dyson robot vacuum cleaner awhile ago and it didn't work for us. My sister in law and my Bff would love to get one when the Ultravision up on sale again !

This one might be better than the100 daydock vision without the Ultra Vison. Ours was doing great, but after three months, it was getting slower and slower. We changed out the Internet, thinking it could’ve been that and now it doesn’t work. I would recommend buying the insurance. We have pets in hardwood floors, so it was a blessing when it worked.

The vacuum did great with the map and not hitting the baseboard. But it has a roller brush that needs cleaning after the every vacuum. It does not empty multiple times even though you programmed it to do it, and it gets jammed pretty easily. I don't like cleaning the vacuum as often or more than the times it vacuums. Best roller brush is on the Shark robot vacuum. My advice, any vacuum but this one.

Ran good for about 6 months of easy service then became useless with intermittent "side brush error" problems. Something was going bad in the internal circuit board because the motor was OK and not a dirt/hair issue. After a few back-and-forths with customer service and many operational checks, Bobsweep offered to repair it but I had to pay a total of $50 shipping (there and back). Seems like a lot for something that was certainly a design and/or a manufacturing problem.

Every time it goes room to room and over the small humps it drops off a LOT of waste. So between cleaning out the hairs from the rollers and vacuuming up AFTER A VACUUM… it’s not something I can give a good rating.

I had one of these vacuums that lasted 2 years and was fantastic!! I decided to replace it with the exact same model. I had to return that one because it had a defect. I replaced it with the same model. It has never emptied but I decided that wasn't a big deal. But now (after only a couple months use) it is staying in one place and vacuuming one corner for an hour. Apparently quality control is not too good anymore. Sadly I will toss it in the trash and try another brand. It's very disappointing after it this model was so good a couple years ago.

Not worth the money. it's poorly designed and gets stuck extremely easy. I couldn't schedule it to clean while I was gone as it would be stuck when I got home. the bags are worthless and only reusable maybe 4 times (the main piece that connects to the canister is flimsy cardboard). Customer service was worthless! I do not recommend!
