I’ve tried a couple of robots before, but this one is by far the best. The most impressive feature is how fast it creates a map—unlike other robots, which take a long time to scan the area, this one does it in just a few minutes. When it comes to cleaning, it strictly follows the instructions. It avoids carpets as programmed, thoroughly cleans the designated area without missing spots, and delivers excellent results. If you’re looking for a reliable and efficient vacuum and mop robot, this is the one to get.

Betty Bot aka Dustin has been a lifesaver, literally!! I ruptured two discs in my back while mopping my kitchen floor. I wish I had a better story for the ruptures, like mountain climbing, an extreme shopping trip or saving a kitten from a tree, but alas, it was my Saturday cleaning chores that ruined my back. While I sat on bed rest for two weeks so my back could heal, I started doing research on the best robot vacuum/mop combo. The results came back and Dustin was the clear winner. So now, my Saturdays are no longer taken up by mopping and sweeping my floors. I now have time to do those things I love. Not mountain climbing (I'm afraid of heights) or saving a kitten (allergic) but I can do extreme shopping trips at Sams, all thanks to Betty Bot aka Dustin!!

My first day with BOB... BOB is my Christmas gift to myself.  I couldn't wait to open him, so I didn't. He's very handsome (got the chrome) and I found the set up quick and easy after downloading the app.  Bob immediately made himself at home, and I let him spend the first night charging.  I'll be honest, I pressed one button on the app, and Bob got right to work!  I was certainly impressed with his determination to discover his way around my condo.  Carefully exploring every inch and picking up everything he found.  He effortlessly went from area rugs to hardwood floors, around table legs and under chairs.  This guy knows how to sweep floors!  Then he disappeared under my bed!  I waited and watched, thinking this was going to be the test of his abilities,  he popped out and swept on!  Impressive BOB!!  I couldn't help following him because it was so interesting watching how meticulously he maneuvered.  At one point he was cornered by the dining room table and I found myself rooting for him to figure it out....and he did!  I had fun with Bob today.  He's a keeper and I may not understand a lot of the technical stuff, but I don't have to.  What I 100% understand is Bob swept my floors, all of them, and did it well.  That's enough.  He was pretty quiet too.  Just a real hard worker!!  Can't wait till this Saturday,  gonna get Bob to wash the hardwood floors.  Seriously though....I'm impressed and that doesn't happen often.  Easy to set up, one button to start and clean floors.  I think I'm in love with BOB❤️

Our router can handle both 2.4 and 5 GHz. The vacuum will run only via the app, & the app is terrible. It couldn't connect at all & gave only a cryptic error message about can't work on on our system. App wouldn't open to anything, no settings, nada. It's going back. Edit: I finally heard back from their customer support, 11 days after reaching out to them. It was boilerplate saying all the stuff the included instructions already said, and I'd already done. (Like, "turn wifi calling off.") The rest applied to issues that might occur after connection to the app, nothing about the app not even working. (Phone: Galaxy S25). They don't read your question, don't respond appropriately, and don't respond on a timely basis. Great if it works for you but my experience with the app and their service was zero stars.

This vacuum certainly helps us stay on top of the vacuuming. It runs through my whole apartment, minus the bedroom, in 30 minutes 4 days a week while I'm at work. It's made such a difference in the overall cleanliness in my home. However, I feel this could be said for any robo vacuum on the market. For the price point of this device, I am disappointed. It does several things very badly and isn't bringing anything special to the table. I have the UltraVision camera enabled, and yet it often gets stuck on cat toys, cords, chairs, or anything else. I am not sure what the function of the camera even is. I pick up charging cables and cat toys in the mornings, but UltraVison will still get stuck in unexpected ways. Immediately after purchasing, I noticed issues with the chute getting clogged. If it is full and unable to empty because of a clog, it does not trigger an error- it will continue right along vacuuming but doing nothing. I'm able to hear it, and I've had to manually release several clogs. Like I mentioned, it's only doing a small job, so I'm not sure why this is such a frequent issue. I can't seem to adjust the settings in a way that make it self-empty more frequently. It only empties at the very end of a job, no matter if I change the interval. That brings me to the app itself, which is just horrible. My map will get messed up for reasons I don't understand. Recently it started mapping a flipped version of my apartment attached to my apartment. Today it just starting making a brand new map, the other is just gone. It didn't know where the base was for some reason. Adjusting the map is an awful experience because of the slow interface, and now gotta do it yet again. I wish my overall experience was better and that this was a product I could recommend, but at this point I'd advise going with any ole run of the mill robo vacuum over this one to achieve the benefits I have.

I've had this Bobsweep UltraVision for about five weeks now. I have not used the mop feature yet, only vacuum. My first issue is, I can not get it to self empty. I've tried all of the trouble shooting guides and nothing has worked yet. My second issue is, it will not vacuum over my dark colored rug (even when "edge detection" is turned off, which is supposed to allow to vacuum dark floorking (it doesn't'). It does map very well though.

I purchased the Bobsweep Ultravision Robot at a much discounted price. I am 73 years old have large rooms that are hard floors. Vacuuming and mopping all of it made for a painful day. My 15 year old Irobot had stopped working. I tried to replace with a new Irobot that seemed comparable to the one I had. It literally was almost laughable. I was very disappointed and I wasn't sure about buying something that mapped my house. When I saw the Bobsweep, I was pleased that it only stored my map on it's base. I have 3 other family members and when they leave I start the Bobsweep cleaning all these hard floor rooms. I love a clean house and this robot works beautifully. I just replaced my first dust bag. Many people in my family and friends are impressed and they want to get one. Recently I was cleaning the vacuum parts and lost the little flap on the dustbin. Bobsweep tech support responded to me right away and replaced the whole dustbin. Great, quick, and kind service. Thank you for making such a great product.

Super great if you have pet hair, or dark floors that show every little speck of dust and debris. I have a big house, with lots of furniture, walls, and floor types to navigate. The bObsweep can manage it all easily. Loading the app on my phone wasn't complicated and now it's just a press of a button to have clean floors!

This vacuum is amazing. We had another name brand one that finally gave out, so when this went on sale we decided to try it. This thing is a beast and picks up everything and the laser vision helps it navigate throughout the entire house without getting stuck on or under anything. Very easy to train and the self-emptying feature is fantastic. It runs through our enter 2600 sq ft home with no problems with power or battery usage. Haven’t tried the mopping feature yet, but I’m confident it will work just as well as the vacuuming feature does.

After purchasing product had hardware issue...NO CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER..NO CHAT ABILITY..you email them and hope they get back with you days later..sams club had to handle the exchange. Not confident warranty will be honored. To expensive for poor customer service
