So far, upon opening the package to this new Power Washer & attaching a few needed items to it, it seems to be well built & has the feeling of quality. I'm glad that everything I need to begin using the unit is included !! It seems as though they thought of everything & I believe that I will get very good usage from the machine for quite a while to come.

I just hit the five hour mark so it's time to swap out the oil that came with the machine but so far I like it better than what I had previously, name a gas powered and an electric powered pressure washer. Noticeably more powerful than the other gas powered model, and of course the electric doesn't stand a chance. The large wheels are awesome as I've already wheeled it over things that my old model would have never been able to handle, plus the old model had the connections on the underside of the frame which naturally had way more cons than pros. Know that if you attempt to use it just about any aftermarket high pressure hose that has a plastic grip "handle" on it then that will likely push up against the frame to an uncomfortable degree. Finding a 90 degree adapter for the garden hose is easy as it's similar, but finding a sweeping M22-14mm adapter is tough if not impossible (and not cheap) so the best thing to do is use the hose that came with the unit as a leader hose. Even if that hose fails on you at some point, short replacements are available that will serve the same purpose. Formally, Westinghouse's position is that: "We can only recommend using the hoses that come with the unit, as they are specifically designed and tested to ensure proper function and performance. Any information regarding the use or setup of non-OEM hoses would need to be sourced independently, as we’re unable to provide support for third-party components." Just purchased the WPX3400 gas pressure washer to replace a unit that is no longer working. Received in a few days and was able to complete unpacking and assembly in about 15 minutes. Completed cleaning my patio and driveway and am very pleased with the performance of the unit. Easy to use and did a great job cleaning my surfaces. Especially like the fact that it has great pressure and the gas tank holds a substantial amount of gas so it requires refilling less often. Very pleased with my purchase.

Actually, just bought and used once briefly, so not much to go on so far. I had my last pressure washer for over 20 yrs, and so I like the improvements I have with this one, such as easy to use choke, fuel shut-off and on-board soap dispenser. Would recommend based on my very limited time using this unit

I have loved this product. I was enjoying the use of this WPX3400 gas pressure washer this summer. I was unable to use it last summer due to health issues. Now I need to figure out while it won't continue to run for more than a few minutes. I'm hoping it can be fixed. I changed the oil but there is more wrong than that.

I ordered this WPX3400 power washer because it was highly rated on CR, but it had some problems the very first day. After about 1hr of use, the hex nut from 1 of the 4 motor mounts that attaches the motor to the pull cart frame worked loose and fell out on my driveway. I later had to manually replace that and tighten all 4 nuts under the bottom of the unit. Also, after I followed the documented procedures for shutting the power washer OFF, then attempted to restart it following the startup procedures, the engine would not fire. I had to let the unit sit for a while and come back and try several variations of the startup procedure

I purchased this machine a month ago final cracked the seal ready to go straight out the box its loaded with power sprayed my house cleaned my mowers cleaned the deck I recommend u get the turbo nozzle that's what I used all day full of power be careful it will peel paint if u not careful so stay at least 4-5 feet lol

Bought this to replace an older one from another company. I couldn't pull the cord and had to contact Westinghouse for troubleshooting. I didn't love the multi-day email back and forth with instructions to disassemble part of it, then later another part (pull the spark plug). Had to send a video showing the problem before I was allowed to return it for replacement. But in the end I got a replacement that works fine. Just had bad luck with the first one (it happens). I like that it is smaller than the one I used to have but appears to have about the same power.

Bought this June 6th to clean my driveway (2000 sq ft) which appeared to be beyond hope! Took me 4 hours total with flat surface cleaner attachment which this washer would raise high off the ground if you didn't expect it to. I was mightily impressed with the washer after this. Did a fantastic job with no issues at all concerning the washer.

I bought this to pressure wash my deck and it did a really job. I was happy with the unit being easy to start and happy with the psi of the water being discharged from the hose. The only downside would be the spray gun hose being made out of a hard plastic making it difficult to store on the unit. Overall I am happy with the unit. If not for the spray hose being too stiff making it sometimes difficult to use and store, I would have given it 5 stars.
