Only used once. Good so far. Only negative is assembly instructions indicate a 10mm wrench is only tool needed. U will need a few more tools but nothing major.

I've used the pressure washer twice since purchase to clean my walkway and patio and it worked like a charm. My only complaint is the High Pressure Hose which has a tendency to kink up and get tangled. It's been my experience with other pressure washers that is a common problem.

Consumer reports rated this the highest gas pressure washer but said it was very loud. Compared to my old unit this is definitely not too loud. Starts on the first pull and does a nice job cleaning. If you plan to wash off concrete I recommend adding a turbo nozzle which will significantly speed up your washing on any pressure washer. Thanks
