Just put it together, fired it up & tried it out. It Works! Much more pressure than my old Troy Built. I like the external pump accessibility, the ease of starting, and easy set up (again compared to my old one). I like that they have a fairly complete maintenance schedule and they even show how to adjust the valves. I like being treated like an adult.

Purchased this to pressure wash drive and fence. Have used approximately 20 hours so far-has been through first oil change. Starts on first pull and pressure has been good for our purpose. Plan to finish the fence and hopefully continue to use it for years to come-can't speak to longevity yet but so far so good.

Very easy to put together and so far no real issues. Main thing for the 4 stars is that the clear hose going to soap container was shipped extremely bent and has a very bad crease in it, bad enough that I feel like it's a point of failure and should be replaced. I haven't reached out to support about it yet, but is next on my list to do to see how they handle it. If they take care of it properly, then I'll come back and give 5 stars, if possible.

I bought this about a week ago finally came in shipping was awesome. I got a deal on the surface cleaner as well. It's stating that I'm required to leave a review. I have not used the machine yet, but I am very excited because it looks like a great unit everything was assembled. All I have to do is just put on the hangers and screwing the hose so all that's left with me to put the oil and get it started which is awesome and it works great for my efficiency Needs!

Wanted to get a powerful gas pressure washer. This Westinghouse 3400 comes highly recommended. Assembly was very easy. Just carefully followed instructions and did a quick job to get acclimated. All went well. Look forward to tending to my cement driveway and walkways soon. Happy with my purchase.

Purchased the WPX3400 to replace a previous Westinghouse pressure washer that has served me well but finally failed. Was happy with the performance, so I stuck with the brand. Note: registration card asks for a serial number, but the label on the new unit is not the same as the one pictured on the registration instructions. I could not find a serial number anywhere on the washer and I looked thoroughly.

Easy to assemble—took about an hour. Once assembled, it started right up and ran well. Will see when I do the driveway in a couple of days. One small critique—it had two bolts to assemble the wand holder, and they were Allen wrench bolts that didn't fit ANY of my Allen wrenches. It would have been nice to include an Allen wrenches that fit.

Overall I am pleased with the unit. It seems easy to use, and provides plenty of power. My one negative note is the packaging. It came with multiple pieces covered in oil. I spent the first two hours of having it opened trying to figure out if it had an oil leak.

I was afraid that this power washer would not spray hard enough to clean my driveway and fenc. Boy was i wrong! It easily removed the dirt and grime. In fact I had to be careful not to spray too close to the concrete because it would begin eating a hole in it

I was surprised to see Westinghouse in the pressure washer business, but the unit got good reviews at a good price. I wasn't impressed with the installation hardware for the wand holder, but beyond that it starts easily thanks to the manual choke - I wish other equipment had this instead of the less effective automatic chokes. Anyway, it quickly cleaned my driveway and seems to have plenty of power compared to the electric pressure washer options.
