Purchased this pressure washer based on many positive reviews. Westinghouse seems like a good company and I have Purchased many of these products. I have a generator,electric pressure washer, and new a gas pressure washer. I appreciate the warranty they offer as well 3 years is unheard of. I am happy with my purchase and its a good price point.

Waited for a sale to purchase my Westinghouse Gas Pressure Washer. The discount allowed me to get a 3400 versus 2700 PSI. I also got the Surface Cleaner, which will be the first time I have had one. Apparently, it is a "game changer" for those who have used one and it has cut the time of power washing in half. I have not used my pressure washer and surface cleaner yet. I just assembled the pressure washer. The assembly was easy. The directions are okay, but they are written in micro-font and the photos are very small, so it's hard to use the photos to help with the assembly. Having said all that, assembly was easy.

Overall I am pleased with the unit. It seems easy to use, and provides plenty of power. My one negative note is the packaging. It came with multiple pieces covered in oil. I spent the first two hours of having it opened trying to figure out if it had an oil leak.

This did a great job pressure washing my driveway. It's a solid unit. The driveway is a large area, and I was running it for a long time with no issues. The next weekend I used it to clean some tiles and apparently the water in the hose got too hot (this was Florida in winter) and the thermal relief valve engaged, which ended up blowing a large hole in the pressure washing hose. I have no idea why it would do that. But now I'm without a proper hose. The unit itself is great. Maybe this was a fluke, but it was disappointing. Hopefully the company ultimately reimburses me.

Bought this item due to the Westinghouse name. I used to work in a facility that had a Westinghouse elevator. It kept working over 70 years. When I bought this, I added oil out the box. Topped off the gasoline. It fired right up without very much force. QUITE IMPRESSIVE!

This Pressure washer works extremely well for my house, driveway, garage, and for the vehicle if you like. The side of my house is 20 ft up and I didn't have to buy the extension to get it done. I did use a 6ft step ladder though. Excellent choice for anything you need to do.

Great pressure washer ! This is my first gas operated one and I’m glad I chose this Westinghouse 3400 psi one . I went through 3 electric ones before I decided it was time for an upgrade . With this one I’m able to do so much more like pressure wash my entire home , deck , driveway and furniture , especially here in GA with the pollen getting on everything the first weeks of spring . Very happy with this purchase

This product worked great, for only the 1st FOUR times. Within less than a minute of attempting to use it for the 5th time, the engine completely locked up. (Less than 30 hours!!!!!) Customer service is a JOKE! Submitted assistance request via the Westinghouse website over 3 weeks ago. Since then, we have been issued THREE different case numbers, spoke to SEVEN different customer service reps, spent hours on the phone, were told the case was being “escalated” by three separate customer service reps and they NEVER followed-up within the 2-3 business days we were promised until AFTER the one-year labor warranty had expired. Then, MIRACULOUSLY, customer service responds after WEEKS of tireless communications!! Do NOT waste your time or money on any Westinghouse product!!!!

This thing will do its job for home projects and needs for sure. I used it for my business and got some great use out of it. I pressure washed a whole house with it and the outcome was spectacular. Highly recommend for a residential grade pressure washer!

Just got it home and unboxed. Love the quality of the build and there are some extra touches that I like. There's a choke, fuel shut off, and everything is easy to get to. Plus it feels sturdier than my last pressure washer. I think I'll like this one
