Overall I am pleased with the unit. It seems easy to use, and provides plenty of power. My one negative note is the packaging. It came with multiple pieces covered in oil. I spent the first two hours of having it opened trying to figure out if it had an oil leak.

I purchased this equipment one week ago and it has not disappointed me in any way! Easy assembly and clear instructions on how to operate it. I also purchased the Rotating Surface Cleaner and it did an amazing job on my patio and driveway...highly recommended!

Purchased the WPX3400 to replace a previous Westinghouse pressure washer that has served me well but finally failed. Was happy with the performance, so I stuck with the brand. Note: registration card asks for a serial number, but the label on the new unit is not the same as the one pictured on the registration instructions. I could not find a serial number anywhere on the washer and I looked thoroughly.

Set this up in about 15 minutes. Came with easy to follow instructions on first time firing up, and also came with a quart of oil so you don’t need to run to the store. Washed the truck to test it out, and worked great! Looking forward to washing the fence once the snow clears.

I bought this a few months ago and so far it has been great. It took some getting used to but so far has been a great, versatile tool. The first few starts were rough, but after a few times now it fires right up. Overall can't complain for the price and quality thus far.

I had finally decided I was done fighting with my old, hard to start, mediocre pressure machine and bought the WPX3400. I couldn't be happier with the machine, it has incredible pressure, is easy to start and operate, and even has an included soap tank. This unit made prepping my large deck a breeze. Truly a superior piece of equipment.

I have always used Craftsman products BUT the pressure washer I was looking for by craftsman was not in stock so I purchased the WPX3400. All I can say is I will never go back to a different manufacturer. The power behind this is insanely better than my previous craftsman, and it was a higher rated psi! 1-2 pull to start (typically 1) and it has not let me down! I use this product 5-6 days a week! Since then I have purchased a Westinghouse Surface Cleaner and Foam Cannon and I can't wait to see what else this company has to offer!

The WPX3400 is a fantastic pressure washer! This is my firs gas powered pressure washer. I have owned four different electric pressure washers prior to this purchase, and they always left something to be desired. The last pressure washer was 2700PSI at 1.6GPM. This pressure washer is so much more powerful! when pulling the trigger, it actually has some good pressure pushing back. This is the perfect pressure washer for all house exteriro requirements, and great for pre paint exterior house cleaning. I used it for the fist time to clean a few shaded sides of a roof that has some serious algae growth; the WPX3400 made quick work of cleaning the roof. Now that I have reference between electric and gas presser washers, I'm so glad to finally have a great gas power pressure washer, and will not be going back to electric.

Very easy to put together and so far no real issues. Main thing for the 4 stars is that the clear hose going to soap container was shipped extremely bent and has a very bad crease in it, bad enough that I feel like it's a point of failure and should be replaced. I haven't reached out to support about it yet, but is next on my list to do to see how they handle it. If they take care of it properly, then I'll come back and give 5 stars, if possible.

Bought this to replace a very old power washer and was not disappointed. Easy assembly, informative but not complicated user guide as far as details on proper care and products to use. Used it a handful of times without fail, super happy with it. Then it started to sound like the engine started choking and kept stopping. Start up, then stopped. Appeared gas was emptying out of the black plastic manifold under the carburetor. Not sure what the issue is.
