We bought this Power Washer after having a Craftsman for a few years that gave us several problems consistently. After using the Westinghouse we will continue with this brand. It’s much easier to move while connected and built much better. We are very happy with our purchase.

Bought PWR Washer 3400 July 10,2025 and began using July 23, 2025. Loved the power and deep cleaning characteristics of the unit, especially when using the round surface cleaner. However, the following day when I remove the oil refill plug to check the oil before use, I noticed the plastic oil indicator was broken off inside the engine. I am now in the process of contacting Westinghouse for further instructions.

I put this together last night, very simple and good directions. I put some pressure washer soap in the soap tank, washed a couple ATV's and it worked well. Lots of pressure. I wish the soap would have made more suds, that could be the soap and not the pressure washer? The engine started on the second pull.

I received this as an early Fathers Day gift to replace an older power-washer that was riddled with problems. This washer is more compact that the old one but does an awesome job cleaning the house, the patio and my cars. I highly recommend this to any homeowner looking for a powerful washer at an affordable price.

After my old pressure washer gave up the ghost (mid-spray, like a dramatic soap opera exit), I picked this bad boy up, and wow. I didn’t know you could fall in love with a stream of water, but here we are. This thing has the power of a firehose and the attitude of a toddler with a marker. I’ve blasted years of grime off my driveway, fence, siding, and possibly the neighbor’s bad decisions. Setup was easy, performance is top-tier, and it hasn’t complained once, unlike my back. 10/10 would recommend, unless you’re dirt. Then… run.

I have not used this machine yet but wanted to post this warning immediately. For assembly the instructions said you only need a 10mm wrench. WRONG! I also used a T25 torx wrench, 10mm socket with an extension and ratchet and a 13mm wrench. But MORE IMPORTANTLY was an issue with the spark plug hole. I wanted to confirm the spark plug cap. The spark plug was very resistant to removal. The threads in the spark plug hole were not smooth. After confirming the gap was correct, installing the spark plug was unnerving due to the force needed to reset the spark plug. The machining of the threads in the engine is poor. The threads on the spark plug were fine.

Pressure washer does exceptionally well on my 320 foot driveway. Being a girl it takes several tries to crank but I get it running. The gas, choke and fuel switches are plastic but it seems to be a sturdy plastic. It was very easy to assemble the few parts I had to put together. It was a nice added bonus when I registered my pressure washer I received a set of replacement spray heads. I am glad I spent a little more money for a more powerful washer than my previous one, it really makes a difference.

The hose connections to the pump should exit the rear of the unit (between the vertical frame rails), by way of smooth radius 45-90 degree elbows. This would eliminate the hoses rubbing on the tires constantly, and allow for much easier connection of hoses.

I had to replace my old pressure washer, and I liked the features and pricing on this one, so thought I'd give it a try. Assembly was minimal and painless; it started right up and I'm using it on the pavers around my pool after a long winter of leaves, dirt, and debris, and did a great job. So far, I am very pleased!

Love this Westinghouse product as they make quality products. I had it shipped to my house and the packaging was very well done. And might have best set of instructions I have seen as they were clear, easy to assemble and quick. The pressure washer is powerful and love it.
