I bought a display model last month since it was the last one in stock. Seemed to have all the parts but discovered after I got it home that it was missing several pieces, although still usable. Immediately after I got it started up, it became very, very hot and began smoking. It has continued to get exceptionally hot when used, even if only on briefly. So far I have used it for five small projects. It is now aggressively leaking oil and I can't start it until I resolve the leak. My advice is to pop for a non-entry-level model instead.

I had an electric pressure washer but it was unable to give the pressure required to clean my deck and patio stones efficiently and quickly. This washer was able to remove the mildew from my deck in half the time. The cons are the machine is somewhat noisy and vibrates so that it moves from its spot. Very happy with this purchase.

This was very easy to assemble and worked well the first time that I used it. The only thing that I wasn't thrilled with is that you have to pull the wire from the spark plug and pull the cord (ie: try to start the engine) after each use to flush out the water that remains in the machine. I didn't have to do that with my old power washer (which I had for 23 years). Seems like this could have been engineered differently.

I did a lot of research on gas powered pressure washers before deciding on the WPX 3400. Just assembled it and did a quick test and it performed as expected. Assembly is easy and only need to install the handle, hose and wand, and add engine oil.For the price it appears to be reasonably well made. Lots of plastic but competitors units at similar price point also have plastic parts. I hope that with proper care and relatively infrequent use I can get it to last for at least 300 engine run hours.
