[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What i like about this fridge is that it is a freezer or a fridge! Plenty of space it holds and work well! It is in my garage and does not take up a lot of room!

Item was much larger than I thought it would be. Easy to organize freezer items. Just measure before ordering to make sure it fits in the space you plan to put it.

Product was delivered outside with no prior communication. Would help if a text is sent before delivering. The unit was dented, not sure during delivery or prior.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loved how large and tall it was versus everyone else’s that is short and fat. Was delivered a week earlier, which was great. I love that I t’s a convertible to froze very fast.

The only thing I didn't like was that there was a dent in the door. We didn't realize it until we got it in the basement and removed the cardboard after letting it set for 48 hours. I like the options it has, and it works great.

We loved it and the dual use is fantastic. The digital panel on the outside keeps locking up. We came home to 75 degrees. And lc as the code… ??? We are trying to fix this.

I have had this unit for almost one year now..... I use it as a freezer - inside my house. So far, so good - still functioning well. it did come with two small dents in the front... Some people have units that died after the first year, so I have my fingers crossed. I hate the format/footprint, it is deep instead of wide, (so you have to dig to get food out), but the price was right at $475, so it is what it is. Also, it should have included 5 shelves instead of just 4. I never buy extended warranties, but I did on this unit.

The fine print in the purchase terms says they will not install it. The shipper Maersk or subcontractor) gives minimal notice (less than 24h) for delivery and then will leave it any old place still in the box wrapped in plastic on the pallet and they refused to install it. I had to hire someone separately to do it because as part of purchasing this, installation is specifically excluded. I did not know that when I ordered it and called the Sam’s Club phone number for help. The call was escalated to the supervisor who ultimately hung up on me. I would not buy it again even though it’s a nice unit because the aggravation was shipping was so bad. I called the people at the store and they couldn’t help me. So unless you want to unbox and install it yourself don’t buy it. They will not bring it into the house. The garage is as far as they will go.
