I love it, beside a minor dent. I can see everything at once, not having to dig down in the freezer chest.

it is good quality, nice size %26 lots of room inside. My only problem was a dent in the front on the door.

I bought two one as a refrigerator. One is a freezer both have worked amazingly very easy to use. Only downside is I wish it had more shelves..

Purchased the freezer at the end of Februa ry. Received it in mid-March. Stopped freezing in August. Called customer service. I only had a 90-day return window. Will never buy an appliance from Sam's Club again.

I bought this in January and three months later the thing craps out. Now I'm getting the run around from Hamilton Beach. I do not recommend this product.

So far, not impressed. Box showed up with holes in it, and there is a dent in the door. I'm still waiting the 24 hours before plugging it in so I don't know how well it works, here's hoping.
