Temperatures easily break 110 degrees in the garage and the power usage is better then the 85 cu ft chest freezer this replaced. It has easily kept the 7 degree freezer temp we set with no issues thus far.

I haven't used them yet so I can't comment on that, but the shipping was fast and they are packed very well. I have had lots of Hamilton Beach products over the years and haven't had any real issues with their items.

Has glass shells, unlike the floor freezers, you don't forget what's in there as you can organize and see everything that is in the freezer. On the bottom there is a small metal basket in which you can use for storage like the floor models. One thing I do like about this unit is on the front it has a LED thermometer that lets you know what the temperature is inside at all times.

Dented in several places, door would not close due to bent at bottom where metal is. Hole in door at bottom. Sending it back for a replacement, we will see what the next one looks like. Not happy at all. Looks like a factory problem.

I can now supply more food to more families . I will be purchasing 2 more to get rid of 2 more chest freezers

What can I say. I was pleasantly surprised how useful this fridge is. Very spacious and the smart functionality is pretty good for the price. I was hesitant at first but if you want to buy in bulk or go to the grocery store less, definitely worth looking at.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There were dents in the side of the door and freezer. Shipper was late with delivery and didn’t want to take the plastic off the refrigerator. My mistake by not insisting on inspection before he left. They were pretty big dents. Not the fault of Walmart or manufacturer.

The product is good but as other reviews suggested the shipper that walmart uses is the problem. I asked for the garage freezer to be brought to garage (no steps and driveway was clear) instead they brought it elsewhere and I needed a hand truck and a friend to help move it to the garage. Very frustrating experience but no damage.

I purchased two Hamilton Beach 17cu ft convertible refrigerators/freezers, and thus far, these appliances have been excellent for our requirements. The upright design is a significant advantage, as searching through a chest-type freezer can be quite cumbersome. DELIVERY: However, I must express my dissatisfaction with the third-party delivery service contracted by Sam's Club in my area, which has been utterly terrible. Since I ordered two units, they independently scheduled two separate delivery times without any customer input. One was meant to arrive on the first day, while the other was indicated for the following day. Ultimately, both were delivered on the second day, without any prior notice, simply arriving in a box truck around mid-afternoon. Fortunately, my retired neighbor assisted by ensuring they were placed inside my garage for security; otherwise, they would have been left outside, vulnerable to theft during the day. Given the extremely poor delivery service, I cannot recommend purchasing these items through Sam's Club.
