Some of the reviews I saw claimed that the freezer came with damage to the exterior. My experience was not like that. The freezer was packaged extremely well and protected. Absolutely no issue. It’s a very nice looking freezer and is working very well. A very good value in my opinion.

The freezer looks awesome like the size but unfortunately it did not come with Emmanuel so I have no idea how to program it no book in the box.

Lots of room, you can see everything when you open the door, and it keeps the temperature! Put something in there and it will be frozen in a short time. Has a drawer in the bottom, shelves on the door. I absolutely love it!

Stopped working after less than 2 years. No lights, compressor isn't working, nothing. Just completely died. Warranty is only good for the first year. Beyond frustrating.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new freezer is attractive and can hold all of my frozen food purchase. It is a perfect size and for the money, it was a satisfactory price.

Purchased on May 10. Will not maintain a constant temperature. Warmed up to 46 degrees lost my frozen foods. Contacted warranty department they said must send email to support department. Sent 3 emails no response. Sam's needs to make it good! Need a technician to assess the problem!
