Purchased on May 10. Will not maintain a constant temperature. Warmed up to 46 degrees lost my frozen foods. Contacted warranty department they said must send email to support department. Sent 3 emails no response. Sam's needs to make it good! Need a technician to assess the problem!

The freezer looks awesome like the size but unfortunately it did not come with Emmanuel so I have no idea how to program it no book in the box.

Didn't have a chance to use. It had to be sent back it had a ding on the door.

Versatile unit with four different functions including freezer, sub-zero refrigerator. I am using it as an upright freezer. It is easy to access and organize my frozen foods. The freezer runs well in the garage and it fairly quiet.

Product works well. It did have a small dent on the side, and the driver refused to pick up the old refrigerator. it was advertised that they would pick up the old unit.

I bought this item and it showed up dropped off in front of my porch with no warning. I was home but no one even rang the bell. That is on the shipping company. However, once we unwrapped the plastic wrap on the outside it was noted that there were two holes at around eye lever in the box. Upon inspection with a flashlight we realized there was a rather large hole in the unit. Not sure whether front back or side but a significant hole and tear in the metal. We didn't even take it out of the box. A dent I can live with as I am not opposed to buying dent and scratch if the price is right. I called the next day and they gave me a refund as they say they have none left in stock.

Works beautifully. No idea about the people with negative comments but they must not know how to follow basic directions. Froze up in 2 hours and its been about a month.. works perfectly. TONS of space. Not a single dent and don't know how it would get dented when its wrapped with so much protection. I feel alot of people dent it themselves moving it around then whine about the freezer maker.
