We just bought this LEAF vacuum and it seems to do a good job. It goes from carpet to hardwood floors with no problem. It does seem to wander aimlessly around the house, but it does seem to eventually cover all the area. It is relatively quiet and seems to find it's way under furniture and from room to room without any problem so far. It is also easy to empty the dust bin.

Got this when school was out for the summer and my house overnight has 2 kids, 2 cats, 1 dog. Pet hair, sand, dirt, more pet hair all the time. This bobsweep works excellently for my small 1500sqft home which is all hard floors. I close the bathroom doors so it doesnt get on the rugs. I don't mind manually emptying the dirt bin (kinda small). I will get one for my daughter's apt when she goes back to college and give one to a friend.

We love charlette. She cleans all the hard to get areas like under the bed, couches and entertainment center. It gets alot of dust and dirt. My Littles think it's the coolest thing ever and follow it around watching it clean. We got a great deal on it and definitely worth the small investment. The app features work great as well to adjust the vacuum power and moping feature. It's easy to clean out the dust bin after it's done cleaning as well as remove the mop pad. We are very happy customers.

I purchased this for my elderly parents for their hardwood floors. Although not good with technology, they have had no issues using the app to start and stop "Bob". They have a small dog and it does a "great" job sweeping up dog hair and other debris on the floor. It seems to entertain them too, watching it zoom around and lightly bump and turn throughout their living room. I would recommend this robot cleaner, it does its job and so far no issues with it. It is pretty simple to use and so far very reliable.

My Bobsweep is great. I love that it sweeps and mops. It is pretty quiet and does a great job on my lvp flooring. It has strong suction. And I like that I can control the suction on the app. I also have liked the convince of asking Google to start and stop Bob. Great product!

I've been considering buying a robot vacuum but have seen many that don't get the job done. So, I have been scared to spend too much and deal with the extra work or returning it. This Bobsweep has helped so much keep floors clean and easy to operate.

Do you have anyone in your life that has a hard time standing, walking, holding a handle for a long period of time? If so GET THIS! I am 43 and have a disease that has progressively taken my ability to vacuum. I hated how my house looked, then I first purchased a BoB SLAM and loved it so much that I bought this model a Charlotte to do the upstairs. Now if only they had one that did stairs!!

Its our first Robo Vacuum.. We absolutely love our bObsweep vacuum! It does a fantastic job of keeping my floors clean without me having to lift a finger. I was hesitant to buy robot vacuum, but bObsweep has exceeded my expectations. It's so convenient and efficient, I can't imagine life without it now. bObsweep is a game-changer for busy households. It saves me so much time and effort when it comes to cleaning, and I couldn't be happier with the results.

It is more quiet than the roomba I just traded it for but it would get stuck on my rugs that have black outlined flowers on them. It doesn't like dark rugs I read after I searched why it would get stuck on the rug when nothing was in it's way. It would get stuck going from my memory foam mats in the kitchen to the hardwood floors. It also got stuck on the edges of the rugs on the hardwood floors. I never tried the mop feature because I was too busy babysitting it. If you have just hardwood floors or just carpet that is light and not dark, this would work for you.

Bought this at sams for a wonderfully discounted price as a replacement for one of our existing robos. this works pretty well on the sweeping part. would have given 5 stars if the mopping was bit more better and the dust and water container was bit more larger...but happy with the purchase thus far.
