I didn't have high expectations of a 'robot vacuum cleaner' but at the sale price Sam's was blowing them out at, I'd figure why not! Charged it up, downloaded app, turned it on and watched it wander all over my awkward layed out floor plan, bouncing off walls, furniture wandering all over the house. It did get jammed up and threw an error code and started beeping, wheels stuck or something, found Bob caught up in a corner area, pick it up, placed it in an open area and away Bob went. I also was amazed with amount of stuff Bob sucks up, picked up dog hairs etc and Bob's trash bin was full of debris. I'm totally pleased so far. Bob meets my expectation of what I paid for it, will this take over a 'real vacuum cleaner' No Way, but for what it is and what it does at this 'sale' price point... its a bargin!

Only had our Mable (bobsweep) for a week now and are pleased with the job she is doing. We have another brand which only sweeps so having this model (Charlotte) moping for us is great. Noticed how quiet this unit is, did not have to turn the TV up when it was running. When other brand model goes out we will definitely replace with a Bobsweep.

This is the best robot ever!! VERY easy to get set up, very easy and quick to clean, and does an amazing job! I have saved so much time by letting our Waldo do the floors for me! not to mention its fun to play "Where's Waldo" to make sure we don't kick or step on him. Definitely recommend!!!

I bought this after reading the reviews online and hearing great things, I received it quickly and unboxed it. I was surprised as I thought it would be bigger. After setting it up and doing some smaller runs, I was very impressed at how well it worked. I haven't used on the whole house yet. But plan to soon. Overall, a very good product.

We really enjoy Bob! We have a very thin rug that we have always had an extremely hard time vacuuming. Bob (even on high intensity vacuum) does so well on it. Corners are have been kept clean. Having a two year old who drops crumbs everywhere it's nice to have Bob going to clean up. Also, the schedule function is nice. We schedule Bob to run shortly after we go to bed.  Thank you!

I love this little guy. Had to quit using my upright vacuum because of back problems, so Bob came to the rescue. Took a couple of trips around the house till he found his way, but now he scoots all over without getting stuck. Picks up plenty of dust bunnies. Runs pretty quietly too. I’m happy!

My bObsweep, Charlotte, got a new name. Hazel, you know from the old TV show. Anyway, I have it come on each night to sweep the kitchen. I'm sleeping while Hazel is working,  a pretty good arrangement. I get up in the morning and it's all rested and charged. I like the this little robot vacuum.  I wish I could map out where it should go and when, but I don't see that as an option. Otherwise,  pretty pleased.

It vacuums fine. But it is noisy, gets stucks at random places, and bumps all the time. It gave a sensor error, hall-effect sensor. I resolved it by cleaning the appropriate wheel, but stopped working each time after a few second or so . I cleaned the wheels a few more times, but could not get it start working again. Had to return it. Also, mopping feature is useless as it does not distinguish between carpet and hardfloor. And the app does not have any control over this. So, when mopping, collect your carpets. So, I would not recommend it. If they fix those sensor errors- they come up for no apparent reasons- and if they fix app so that you have a little control over where to vacuum and/or mop, then may be, at a discounted price, it may worth buying it.

This vacuum cleaner has been a great help for our family since we bought it last month. It's particularly useful for homes with small children, as it effectively tackles everyday messes, saving us time on cleaning. just turn it on and watch it run around the house and it is a fun entertainment for kids too.

I have less than a week with my bobsweep Charlotte vacuum an I am beyond satisfied and impressed. It cleans very efficiently and effortlessly. It picks up so much cat hair and mops up leaving the floor without streaks and spotless. The app is easy to use and controls the vacuum very well have bot had any issues with it. Definitely recommend it to anyone who is unsure about purchasing
