Its our first Robo Vacuum.. We absolutely love our bObsweep vacuum! It does a fantastic job of keeping my floors clean without me having to lift a finger. I was hesitant to buy robot vacuum, but bObsweep has exceeded my expectations. It's so convenient and efficient, I can't imagine life without it now. bObsweep is a game-changer for busy households. It saves me so much time and effort when it comes to cleaning, and I couldn't be happier with the results.

I like the vacuum functionality, easy to use and worked right out of the box, didn't need to download the app which I like. The mop function is not good. The mop pad is so tiny, you might as well have a post it note cleaning your floors. its more like if you were to take washcloth and just pass it across your floor, does not really get it clean at all. I am returning it as I would rather have a better vacuum as I used the mop function once and would not use it again to clean an actual floor.

I purchased this when it was on sale, so happy that i did. As a family we were pretty slacking in our vacuuming, now I just press a button every couple days and my house stays pretty clean. I like that I can check the battery life on my phone app, the dust bin is easy to empty and clean the filter. Sometimes I have to search the house for where it has gotten stuck or run out of battery before finding its way home (usually under a bed). This is well worth it to not have to vacuum myself. I have not tried the mopping feature yet so I can't comment on that.

I have less than a week with my bobsweep Charlotte vacuum an I am beyond satisfied and impressed. It cleans very efficiently and effortlessly. It picks up so much cat hair and mops up leaving the floor without streaks and spotless. The app is easy to use and controls the vacuum very well have bot had any issues with it. Definitely recommend it to anyone who is unsure about purchasing

I love this little guy. Had to quit using my upright vacuum because of back problems, so Bob came to the rescue. Took a couple of trips around the house till he found his way, but now he scoots all over without getting stuck. Picks up plenty of dust bunnies. Runs pretty quietly too. I’m happy!

We love charlette. She cleans all the hard to get areas like under the bed, couches and entertainment center. It gets alot of dust and dirt. My Littles think it's the coolest thing ever and follow it around watching it clean. We got a great deal on it and definitely worth the small investment. The app features work great as well to adjust the vacuum power and moping feature. It's easy to clean out the dust bin after it's done cleaning as well as remove the mop pad. We are very happy customers.

If you need help keeping your house clean, specially if you have pets, get a BObsweep! We have Charlotte and, honestly, it is one of the best things we could have gotten! We have two dogs and their hair flies all over the house, but mainly on my kitchen, which they need to cut through to get outside. O! Charlotte is a life saver! I use it mostly on tile and wooden floor; but it does fine on carpet as well. The Charlotte model is not super coordinated, it works in random patters lol but it is WoNDErFuL when it is done working! I'm so happy with this purchase. My first robot vacuum and I'm impressed. It gets under my dressers, goes over my bathroom rugs without getting stuck. Joes a greatjob. lused to dread vacuuming now I get excited. I used it twice a week (and I work from home and it's quite enough not to bother me when on the phone) and I'm shocked how much I empty out of the bin each time. It doesnt map the rooms, but it seems to figure out its way somehow.

This is the best robot ever!! VERY easy to get set up, very easy and quick to clean, and does an amazing job! I have saved so much time by letting our Waldo do the floors for me! not to mention its fun to play "Where's Waldo" to make sure we don't kick or step on him. Definitely recommend!!!

I used bob on 3 different surfaces. Carpet, concrete, and tile. On the concrete and tile, I noticed it got up all the small dirt and dust perfectly. The carpet it pulled out all the little strings and hairs and fluff my kids leave everywhere. I love that its tires allow it to climb over little bumps where my old model bob would just be stuck. Starting it from my phone is a neat little addition so that I don't have to get up when I remember the areas need vacuumed. Have not tried the mop feature yet. So far so good
