I asked for the Bobsweep vacuum as my Mother's Day gift. I didn't know how well it would work, since I have never had a vacuum of this type. After reading a few reviews and seeing how affordable the vacuum was, I felt there was no downside to trying it. I bought the Charlotte model and found it was easy to put together, set up the charger and installed the app on my phone. Then, I charged it. The next day, I ran the vacuum and was pleasantly surprised on how well it worked. It was relatively quiet and pretty meticulous in it's cleaning. The movements seemed random but were effective in cleaning up. I was concerned about a floor rug that is hard to vacuum with a traditional stick vacuum. The regular vacuum glides easily in one direction but not so much in the other direction. Charlotte had no issues! It was fun to watch, too! I am starting to think I should have ordered two for my house. My only complaints are I wish it held its charge longer and it alerted me when when the garbage bin was full. But other than that, it's nice to have some extra help with the cleaning, especially in areas that don't get cleaned as frequently such as under couches and in tight corners.

So, I wanted to wait several weeks to post this review to be more certain of the product's performance. We have been completely satisfied with the results and pricing. We did speak about this product to additional friends and they have asked us purchase one for them because they are not Sams Club Members. We did and after speaking with them, they do share our sentiments with the product. To keep it simple, we would buy this product again.

This is our second Bobsweep after we got the more expensive Dustin. Got this for the second floor, around 650sqft and all hardwood. it does great picking up. It doesn’t map the room though and doesn’t have a LiDAR which makes it Much less smart than the Dustin but for the $99 on sale this was an absolute steal.

We've named our bObsweep 'Boba' (because it looks like a boba ball) and my kids and I are thoroughly enjoying her. We purchased her last month and have been using her in between weekly deep cleans. She moves surprisingly well over our bedroom rugs and anti-fatigue kitchen mats without issue and never gets stuck. The only problem she has is with phone cords or charger cords - remember to remove them from the floor before turning her on. 4 stars because she is noisy when running, but I'm more than willing to put up with the noise since she does a lot of the hard work of vacuuming for me.

This little guys has a lot of bang for the buck. This is my first robotic vacuum so I’m definitely not an expert but I am very happy with the value of my purchase and even bought a second one. This little thing helps me so much to stay on top of my daily chores

This vacuum cleaner has been a great help for our family since we bought it last month. It's particularly useful for homes with small children, as it effectively tackles everyday messes, saving us time on cleaning. just turn it on and watch it run around the house and it is a fun entertainment for kids too.

We just bought this LEAF vacuum and it seems to do a good job. It goes from carpet to hardwood floors with no problem. It does seem to wander aimlessly around the house, but it does seem to eventually cover all the area. It is relatively quiet and seems to find it's way under furniture and from room to room without any problem so far. It is also easy to empty the dust bin.

I wa leary of buying a robot sweeper because I ha heard from friends they didn't work very well. But Sam's Club had a deal on Bobsweep so I got mine and I love it. It holds a charge well and does a good job on carpet and hardwood floor. I haven't tried the mop feature but the sweeper works great

I can't believe I didn't purchase our bObsweep sooner! We love this guy! The suction and sweeping brushes are excellent, especially when getting into the nooks and cranny's. "Bob" has been getting to know the layout of the floor plan and he's at it every other day as I have scheduled him. He's been a great addition to the family and I'm super thankful he keeps our floors extra clean. I highly recommend the bObsweep to anyone looking for a reliable robot vacuum, he's well worth it!

We picked this vacuum up for our second level lvp floors. The vacuum itself does a great job of moving through rooms and picking up a lot more than I thought it would. It is a little noisy, but I often run it while we are downstairs. I have not used the mop mode, as we have another wet vac with a larger pad and capacity. We have a connectivity issue between the unit, the app & wifi that has been frustrating, but customer service is helping us to resolve this. Overall, this is a great unit for the price. Efficient, powerful, and gets the job done.
