We picked this vacuum up for our second level lvp floors. The vacuum itself does a great job of moving through rooms and picking up a lot more than I thought it would. It is a little noisy, but I often run it while we are downstairs. I have not used the mop mode, as we have another wet vac with a larger pad and capacity. We have a connectivity issue between the unit, the app & wifi that has been frustrating, but customer service is helping us to resolve this. Overall, this is a great unit for the price. Efficient, powerful, and gets the job done.

I bought this while it was in sale and it was the best purchase I've made in a long time. The app is easy to use even for someone in the older generation. This vacuum cleans so well and easily navigates my house. Even our pets and kids live it. I love the fact it mops too. Would definitely recommend.

I bought this robot to cut down on my vacuuming. So far it's working great. It is still trying to map my downstairs area but it's picking up lots of dog hair in the meantime. I haven't used the mop feature yet. So far so good.

Our Charlotte was a great buy. Best bang for the buck. While it doesn't have a learning/mapping mode, it does great. BoBsweeper support is also very helpful with questions.

I bought the bObsweep Robot Vacuum and mop recently and I was pleasantly surprised, we have a dog, and this helps with cleaning up the hair and also light cleaning of dust/dirt.

This thing is a pain in the butt! It gets stuck under low couches, tangled in any cords, "washes" the carpet, and mops in every different direction, but not enough to really mop. I wouldn't pay 10 bucks for this!

I got my bobsweep as a gift this past mother's day. So far I am loving it! We have a dog that sheds a lot of hair and having this vacuum/ mop has been wonderful! I am super impressed by the amount of hair it collects. Truly wonderful.

I have the roomba but it doesn't mop so I bought this since it was on sale. I haven't used the mop function but it picks up really good. I like running both vacuums it gets the job done quicker...
