I purchased the leaf model for myself and it works amazingly well. It has a mop attachment that will get stuck on rugs if you leave it attached when not mopping. Naturally, I lost the attachment. I wrote customer service to ask if I could purchase another attachment and Carlo wrote me back within 24 hours! Not only to tell me he would happily send me another one but also free of charge. I received it quickly, he checked on me twice during the process and made sure I was satisfied. Definitely recommend!!

It definitely exceeded my expectations. We have a couple of dogs ( which equals hair) and a few grandchildren (which equals crumbs on the floor). This has cut my sweeping and vacuuming time by 80% of the time. It's only been a week but I'm very impressed and highly recommend. 

My wife bought this while I thought we couldn’t use it because of all of our furniture legs! I was wrong as now this little guy helps us keep our house less cluttered!!! He’s become part of our family! He’s helped us and keeps us entertained! Love it now!!! Might buy another!

This is the best purchase I've ever made! My husband and I have talked about getting one for years but never took the leap. Now that we did, we are happier than ever! It's so great not having to worry with sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping! I will gladly take a few mintues to clean my Waldo (our vaccum) and then have to take a whole day to sweep my floors, then mop them, and vacuum the bedrooms! It has allowed me to have more time to do other things with my family. I could go on for days about all the pros this vacuum has to offer! Don't put it off. Take the leap and get rid of some of the stress of house chores!!

My delivery was super fast, was unsure on what brand to go with and this truly happy to go with this one , love it , 10/10, in rugs is okay but on hard wood floor or regular floor othen then rugs 20/10, on vacuum and mopping , extremely happy with my purchase !

First off I was offered a free upgrade by the manufacturer in exchange for an honest review which they never delivered so I received this one. I'll still leave an honest review. Vacuum was ok, the mop was awful. Vacuum picked up most of what it was supposed to, but the mop barely wet the pad and left water streaks on the floor from the wet wheels.There are better options out there for not much more of a price. I returned it.

I have had other brand robot vacuums and this device REALLY gets the job done! My floors are so tidy, and with having a family of 5 and 3 littles, this is a necessary tool in my home! The wet mop feature is a game changer for the sticky spills we often have in our kitchen area!
