Valentines Dinner

Lobster was very small but had good flavor.  The beef was horrible - had a weird taste. Do not recommend.

If I could give it ZERO stars I would. Food arrive thawed and the shrimp had started to decompose. No way to be compensated for my loss

Sent to friends out of state and had to destroy all of the seafood arrived totally thawed. The beef was salvaged.

The beef was good. The lobster was the worst I've ever had! The shrimp were small and not cleaned!!

Worth it

Food is good, however, it should have been delivered on the Valentine's Day.

This is a good value for what you get. The shrimp are huge,the steaks are tender and flavorful. The lobsters are small but taste good. Compared to what else is out there in the market right now this is a good deal. Glad I bought 2.

Good value

Let’s start with the guarantee to be delivered before Valentine’s Day, because that surely didn’t happen. When I noticed that my package had not even shipped by the day before Valentine’s Day, there wasn’t an option to cancel the order. Now let’s talk about when the box arrived. Very well packaged for shipping, but the steaks and lobster were not. Very poor vacuum seal led to all of the meat and the lobster to be freezer burned. A very poor showing, especially for a Valentine’s Day promotion. Luckily I was able to come up with another option to save dinner for that night. I will not order any food products that need to be shipped from SAM’s again.

Valentine's Day Promotion

This package was such an amazing deal for Valentine's Day specially for our daughter living in one of the most expensive cities in Florida.  We ordered this package with 25 white flowers and was delivered earlier than expected which was a plus.  We had issues with the delivery because of a typo on her address which was totally my fault....  But with Sam's excellent customer service they were able to resolve issues and keep my daughter's Valentine's gifts intact and delivered safely.  I can't even start to express how happy and trustworthy this company has been to my family after this order.  I would definitely keep them first in mind for all future holidays.  Thank you and we appreciate it.
