This package was such an amazing deal for Valentine's Day specially for our daughter living in one of the most expensive cities in Florida. We ordered this package with 25 white flowers and was delivered earlier than expected which was a plus. We had issues with the delivery because of a typo on her address which was totally my fault.... But with Sam's excellent customer service they were able to resolve issues and keep my daughter's Valentine's gifts intact and delivered safely. I can't even start to express how happy and trustworthy this company has been to my family after this order. I would definitely keep them first in mind for all future holidays. Thank you and we appreciate it.

We were pleasantly surprised by this combination of surf & turf. Everything tasted delicious. As others have mentioned, the shrimp are huge. I will order this again, great buy!

I purchased this for my great-grandson’s birthday because he likes seafood. He’s going to be 12 years old. This is a surprise dinner and there’s enough for the whole family. This package is a great deal

Excellent! The price might seem high, but I don't mind paying the money if the product is good and this is excellent. The steaks are the most tender.

Shipping box should include ice packages. Received box where the food was beginning to thaw. And it was delivered early. Any later and I would have unfrozen items. Steaks poor quality. Shrimp very good. Lobsters were somewhat acceptable.

2 of the 4 steaks were fantastic, the other 2 not. lobster tails were great tasting but small. the shrimp were large and tasty. would recommend if the price were lower.

The Lobster and Shrimp were of excellent quality. However, the steaks were not of the quality I had expected. They do not compare with what is offered at my local Sams club.

We had the lobster and it was awful. Tasted like I was eating the ocean. Very salty and could not even eat it. Have not had the shrimp or steak yet. The lobster was terrible.

Let’s start with the guarantee to be delivered before Valentine’s Day, because that surely didn’t happen. When I noticed that my package had not even shipped by the day before Valentine’s Day, there wasn’t an option to cancel the order. Now let’s talk about when the box arrived. Very well packaged for shipping, but the steaks and lobster were not. Very poor vacuum seal led to all of the meat and the lobster to be freezer burned. A very poor showing, especially for a Valentine’s Day promotion. Luckily I was able to come up with another option to save dinner for that night. I will not order any food products that need to be shipped from SAM’s again.

Stayed on a delivery truck for 3 days later than it should have been . Was rotten and leaking when it got here and customer service actually wanted me to take that in my car 30 miles to the store
