Really really great. FedEx failed to deliver on time so the first shipment had to be thrown, but the second try was well worth the wait.

This purchase was incredible. The quality of the food was very high and the price was cheap. Wish I brought two~!

The shrimp were colossal, the steak was very tender and delicious, however, the lobster was a bit disappointing. The were small and didn't have much flavor other than the garlic butter that came with them.

I sent this to my daughter and her boyfriend for Valentine’s Day and they loved it but I was disappointed when I tried ordering it for my self and they couldn’t deliver to my area.

Delivery was on time, well packaged, and dry ice was still doing its thing, though it did come out of its plastic packaging. Decent meal for the price, though one of the lobster tails was discolored after cooking (blackish orange) and the meat was similarly discolored so we discarded that one. The steaks were decent, but the Tenderloins/fillets sold at Sans are *worlds* better. The remaining lobsters were small, with maybe two bites of meat in each one. Haven't tried the shrimp yet. All-in-all, not a terrible box for the price, in this day and age, anyway.

Everything was perfect right down to the seasoned butter for the Lobster tails. Steaks were a perfect size + delicious and juicy, Shrimp was very meaty(perfect size), and Lobster were a nice size. We will definitely buy this again. It was well worth the price and delivered straight to our door. The only thing is it needs a bit more dry ice in the cooler ( if it was left to long outside in the Florida sun I don’t think it would’ve been been enough) but I was home at the time of delivery.

Had an issue with the order not arriving for Valentine's Day even though it was guaranteed delivery for that day. Got charged Ohio state tax on this so not sure why since it's food. And lobster tails are freezer burnt. Did a chat with Sams's rep two different times and no resolutions. Just we can't help with that.

Great sale price for the surf and turf package. I would easily have spent triple that amount for a family of 4 at a local steak house. I really like the grass-fed tenderloin from a reputable farm (Thomas Farms), wild caught lobster tails, and large bag of shrimp. The box arrived during a heatwave, all the dry ice was melted but all items remained frozen. Dropped one star from my review because of the bag of shrimp size 21-30 with the shell-on that was included. Sam's tried to make up for the downgrade in shrimp size by making it a 3 lb bag instead of a 2 lb bag but I still would have preferred the the larger size 21-25 size peeled shrimp that was advertised on the website. Another issue is the compound butter included with the lobster tails has sugar in it so I'll be tossing the out and making my own compound butter.

Came well packaged and in good order. Weight items and could have bought them cheaper in Club or at the supermarket individually (Lobster tails were 2 bitters-very small) All items in the box are "raw", but the shipper charged Michigan Sales Tax on it, so I inquired in the club when they will send their personal Chef over to cook it, as sales tax should be only on prepared food. Would never buy again
