I arrived home @ 4PM and a temp of 88°F and box left on the porch had contents starting to defrost. This should have been shipped with additional internal cool packs. Other such products I received always had internal cool packs. It's Summer!

The shrimp are a nice size and that's where the good part ends. The lobsters shrink to the size of the shrimp (not an embellishment), and the steaks are of horrible quality. Never again would I purchase this.

Product was packaged extremely well and arrived frozen. The filets, shrimp and lobster tails are all first rate. Can't say enough about Sam's curated items. Please keep it up.

Five of us had this for dinner tonight along with some roasted vegetables. All on the grill. It was an excellent dinner. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed it - when you consider that we fed five people very comfortably, I do not think this is a high price. The same meal would cost you $200 or more in a restaurant. The steaks were tender. The shrimp were large and delicious. The lobster was very good. It was well packaged everything was still frozen no complaints whatsoever. I definitely will order again. I do wish I had taken photos of the dinner plates to share - It was very nice.

The steak was an awful cut. Tasted more like an organ, specifically liver. Could taste the tendons. Would not order because of the steak.

absolutely the worst lobster and steaks we ever ate. Have not tried the shrimp yet but probably the same quality.

Lobster was very small but had good flavor. The beef was horrible - had a weird taste. Do not recommend.
