I bought about three weeks ago and placed in the freezer. Defrosted and prepared on the stove top in a grill pan. Meat was seasoned with salt, pepper and garlic. Meat was very tasty and cooked to just past medium with no pink center. Disappointed in the amount of fat that cooked out as on a high protein diet and meat is my main go to. Will use 90/10 in future just because of all of the fat.

We bought our first package of this 80/20 and all I can say is WOW! Best frozen hamburger that I’ve found anywhere. Cooking on a griddle or skillet? Doesn’t matter. Guaranteed that we will be serial buyers.

The meat didn’t seem freshly ground—it looked like it was tubed and then cut into patties, resulting in inconsistent sizes. Some were thicker than others, making it difficult to cook them evenly. The flavor was decent, but the texture and processing could be improved for a better burger experience.

The flavor is very good (I only seasoned with salt and pepper on one side), they don't get dry from extra grilling. but it was so hard to get them to cook because when trying to flip the burger, it would start to fall apart, and then would catch fire from all the grease. I had to throw an entire tray away of raw but browned burgers. probably great on a griddle with a grease trap.

I think this is Repurposed meat from older meat.

Great-tasting burgers! I normally go to a butcher for my burger blend, but these are so good that I’ve started buying only these.

love the convenience of having this pattys to make hamburgers for my family. They are thick and taste delicious.

Great deal, beats having to create your own custom patties since almost no one makes anything but ground beef patties for burgers.

Very fatty, shrink up a lot. No longer show the lean/fat % on the label. You really don’t know what ur getting

These are the best burgers hands down. I don't buy beef burgers if these are around. My guests love them!
