These turned out great. They cooked up to thick and hearty burgers. Considering the price of these formed burgers at Sam's is really close to their unformed bulk ground beef, you don't really pay a premium for the convenience.

These are good burgers. The only thing is they are HUGE! Which means they look awesome but they take longer to cook and if you people who want no pink in the middle it’s hard to do.

I like these already formed burgers since it saves me some time doing it myself. They are a nice mix of brisket and chuck and taste great. I prefer grilling them.

Brisket and Chuck Hamburger Patties are really good. They hold sie when cooking, but beware, they put out a lot of water when cooking. So if you cook inside in a pan be prepared for lots os splatter. Best on grill.

It seems like hamburger meat for the past 5 or 10 years has been almost flavorless. These have a wonderful, beefy flavor. They do not shrink much when cooking them, and make a great burger.

I love the quality of these burgers. They are on the less greasy side. We have made them both in the grill and on the stove and they always come out amazing.

The flavor is very good (I only seasoned with salt and pepper on one side), they don't get dry from extra grilling. but it was so hard to get them to cook because when trying to flip the burger, it would start to fall apart, and then would catch fire from all the grease. I had to throw an entire tray away of raw but browned burgers. probably great on a griddle with a grease trap.
