3. Place burgers on the preheated surface and cook for 5-7 minutes per side (or 11-12 minutes total on grill).

4. Ensure internal temperature reaches 160°F. Rest 5 minutes. Serve in buns. Enjoy!

Ingredients

• 2 ct. Member's Mark Brisket & Chuck Steak Burgers
• 2 ct. Potato Buns
• 2 slices Sharp Cheddar Cheese
• 1/4 cup Crispy Fried Onions
• Your favorite Texas-style BBQ Sauce
• Sliced Dill Pickles
• Side: Coleslaw
• Optional: 4 slices Bacon, thin slices of fresh or pickled jalapeños

Directions

1. Cook Burgers & Prep: Preheat grill/skillet to medium-high. Season burgers. Cook bacon if using. While burgers cook, prepare your coleslaw.

2. Sear & Finish: Place burgers on the preheated surface. Cook 5-7 minutes per side (or 11-12 minutes total on grill) until internal temperature reaches 160°F. Add cheddar cheese last minute to melt. Remove and rest burgers for 5 minutes. Lightly toast buns.

3. Assemble: Spread BBQ sauce on bottom buns. Layer with burgers, crispy fried onions, pickles, and optional bacon/jalapeños. Top with bun. Serve immediately with your coleslaw!
