These are by far the best patties ever. The right amount of brisket/chuck to make the juiciest burgers.

I bought on the suggestion from the butcher onsite. Yes they are a bit fatty from the brisket, but the taste is very flavorful. I seasoned with salt, pepper and garlic powder, and we bbq them. The 2 meats are tastier than just plain chopped beef. I recommend.

I think this is Repurposed meat from older meat.

This is the first time I’ve ever bought pre-formed patties and they cooked up wonderfully on a low heat. Before I made the purchase I was skeptical and hesitant but I decided to try them. My first impression is that they are ground with a very good grind and the texture is just right for me. They’re tender and juicy when cooked to medium. I seasoned them with Salt and Pepper and Worcestershire sauce and honestly, I don’t think I went wrong with this purchase. After eating them for supper tonight I realize these are a keeper for dinner. They would make a really good burger steak smothered with your favorite topping also.
