Member's Mark Brisket and Chuck Steak Burgers, priced per pound

Would not buy again.  These are full of fat and burn when you cook them.  I will stick to my 90/10 next time

I think this is Repurposed meat from older meat.

Poor quality foods at Sam's

Our favorite pre-made burger patty, they are nice size, thick and flavorful. I normally stock up on them during the Spring for our camping trips in the summer. We are a family of four so one pkg makes two meals. They are our normal easy “Friday night” meal.
