Patties were extra thick and flavorful. Although they are marked as "burgers", these easily can be used as a chopped steak. Ate with some grilled veggies. Perfect.

I bought these to make over the weekend and they were perfect! Delicious and stayed intact. Nice and thick and everyone enjoyed them. Will be purchasing again very soon, most times meat fall apart, but these stayed nice and firm and easy to flip.

I bought these last week and grilled one for my husband. He said that it was really good and juicy. He prefers these patties to the ones that I usually buy at Sams. I like the convenience of having them in just the right weight for one serving.

I bought the Member's Mark Brisket and Chuck Steak Burgers for our weekly grill night and I'm so glad I did! They grilled easily and tasted delicious. Great flavor and price point.

I flattened the patties a little since they were so thick and cooked them on a grill. I could not believe how juicy they were. I was very impressed.

I bought these as a substitute for the Members Mark 90% /10% patties I normally by monthly. I will never buy them again. They were the same price but nowhere near the quality. They were high in fat and caused a grease fire that could have easily ruined the entire cook ( I host a BBQ monthly). Sadly disappointed

I bought about three weeks ago and placed in the freezer. Defrosted and prepared on the stove top in a grill pan. Meat was seasoned with salt, pepper and garlic. Meat was very tasty and cooked to just past medium with no pink center. Disappointed in the amount of fat that cooked out as on a high protein diet and meat is my main go to. Will use 90/10 in future just because of all of the fat.

Bought these yesterday and cooked them up for dinner, did not add seasoning, to get a true taste of these burger patties. They were not bad at all, but they were pretty average. Maybe, if they would smoke the brisket separately, chop it up, and mix it with the ground chuck, maybe then you would get a nice smoky flavor when you cook them up on your stove, like some Texas restaurants do.

These came out so flavorful and not at all dry nor did they shrink. I highly recommend them. I'd definitely buy them again, no doubt.

Extremely high fat content. I made the mistake of cooking 2 of them inside on a cast iron grill and oh my goodness - fat popped everywhere!
