I needed something quick for dinner so I picked up a marked down package to try them & they did not disappoint! Seasoned with kosher salt, pepper, & garlic powder. I cooked them in a skillet on med-high heat for 5 minutes on each side & expected them to shrink more because of the ground chuck. We aren't fans of really thick burgers so I then cut them in half horizontally & seared the cut side for another minute or two. I'm telling you, it has only been a week & my family is already asking for more.

I bought the Brisket Chuck Burgers this month for the first time and they were delicious. The fresh meat patties were nice and thick and when grilled were juicy with a nice beef flavor. I will be purchashing them again . I would recommend these flavorful Brisket Burgers to family and friends.

I bought the product Last Friday to prepare burgers today at home. I prepared it as usual, adding salt and just a little Montreal Steak seasoning...!!! the results were amazing. I used a pan because it was too hot outside to use the grill and still the flavor was great. My husband who is a foodie really enjoy it, for sure I love it too. What makes me give it a try was my curiosity of this blend with brisket, my husband and I enjoy a lot brisket.

I bought two packs for the 4th of July and they were a hit. Very flavorful. The brisket definitely adds to the burger. My only issue was the shrinkage. Seemed to shrink much more than the 90/10 patties that I normally buy. But the flavor was worth it.

I flattened the patties a little since they were so thick and cooked them on a grill. I could not believe how juicy they were. I was very impressed.

I bought these to make over the weekend and they were perfect! Delicious and stayed intact. Nice and thick and everyone enjoyed them. Will be purchasing again very soon, most times meat fall apart, but these stayed nice and firm and easy to flip.

I bought these to try them out and was quite impressed. They kept their size, tasted yummy and I specifically do not like meat with gristle and we definitely did not have issues with that. I would buy again!!

let me start off by saying, I usually do not buy premade burger patties, however these sounded good. They cooked up thick and juicy. These burgers were absolutely delicious, and I will most definitely buy them again.

Bought these for dinner today. My family and I loved them. We used brioche buns that I slso bought at Sam's. Great flavor. Will definitely buy these again
