Wasn't Chuck! It was under a sign that said chuck. There was too much grease for it to be chuck.

This makes for some good eating! Our family loved these burgers. I am happy they didn't shrink down nor fall apart on the grill. Definitely meaty, and thankfully there wasn't any gristle in any of our burgers. We are happy to be add this into our rotation.

Wow! I bought these for my little 4th of July party and they were a hit! They were really big so i just flattened some of them out a bit. They are so juicy and tender either way. This is better than just chuck alone, the brisket really added the flavor I didn't know I needed. I really hope these stay because I would definitely buy these again in the future. If you were thinking about it, just do it. You won't regret it!

I bought the Brisket Chuck Burgers this month for the first time and they were delicious. The fresh meat patties were nice and thick and when grilled were juicy with a nice beef flavor. I will be purchashing them again . I would recommend these flavorful Brisket Burgers to family and friends.

I bought the Member's Mark Brisket and Chuck Steak Burgers for a get together that we were having over the weekend. My husband grilled these like he would any other hamburger patty, and he liked that when he cooked them they didn't cause the flames to get out of control and the patties didn't shrink. Everyone thought that the combination of brisket and chuck had a great taste. I hope that these will always be available because the price is good and they are going to be my new go to when we are making hamburgers.

I bought two packs for the 4th of July and they were a hit. Very flavorful. The brisket definitely adds to the burger. My only issue was the shrinkage. Seemed to shrink much more than the 90/10 patties that I normally buy. But the flavor was worth it.

I needed something quick for dinner so I picked up a marked down package to try them & they did not disappoint! Seasoned with kosher salt, pepper, & garlic powder. I cooked them in a skillet on med-high heat for 5 minutes on each side & expected them to shrink more because of the ground chuck. We aren't fans of really thick burgers so I then cut them in half horizontally & seared the cut side for another minute or two. I'm telling you, it has only been a week & my family is already asking for more.
