I bought these Brisket and Chuck Steak burgers over the weekend. What a wonderful surprise. We grilled them and loved them so much. These will be our official Burgers. The texture was so perfect. We don't care for a cakey burger and these were moist and loose. I think the mix of brisket and chuck steak are just right to keep them together on the grill with a great taste.

These burgers were absolutely delicious! We cooked them on our pellet grill along with some sauteed onions and mushrooms, topped them with a slice of cheese and put them on a buttery bun. They stayed juicy and didn't shrink in size. I am very impressed!

Too fatty. the burgers fell apart when cooking and shrunk to nothing when cooked
