Wasn't Chuck! It was under a sign that said chuck. There was too much grease for it to be chuck.

Turned out great on the grill excellent favor.

Too fatty. the burgers fell apart when cooking and shrunk to nothing when cooked

I bought the Member's Mark Brisket and Chuck Steak Burgers for a get together that we were having over the weekend. My husband grilled these like he would any other hamburger patty, and he liked that when he cooked them they didn't cause the flames to get out of control and the patties didn't shrink. Everyone thought that the combination of brisket and chuck had a great taste. I hope that these will always be available because the price is good and they are going to be my new go to when we are making hamburgers.

Wow! I bought these for my little 4th of July party and they were a hit! They were really big so i just flattened some of them out a bit. They are so juicy and tender either way. This is better than just chuck alone, the brisket really added the flavor I didn't know I needed. I really hope these stay because I would definitely buy these again in the future. If you were thinking about it, just do it. You won't regret it!

The brisket and chuck steak burgers were delicious. The pre-formed patties were easy to cook, with little mess. The beef was flavorful, and the patties didn't shrink very much. I highly recommend these! These patties would be a quick, delicious dinner on a busy night!

These burgers were absolutely delicious! We cooked them on our pellet grill along with some sauteed onions and mushrooms, topped them with a slice of cheese and put them on a buttery bun. They stayed juicy and didn't shrink in size. I am very impressed!

I bought two packs for the 4th of July and they were a hit. Very flavorful. The brisket definitely adds to the burger. My only issue was the shrinkage. Seemed to shrink much more than the 90/10 patties that I normally buy. But the flavor was worth it.
