This vacuum is great! I did have an issue with it but the customer service person I was in contact with was wonderful and she made my warranty replacement seamless. The customer service I experienced was beyond great. I recommend this vacuum to all of my friends!

With already a month of usage, I can say that this robot vacuum is one of the best in the market, if not the best! Easy to setup, the room scanning feature is super accurate, self emptying so no need to worry about that. I love that now I get to spend more time with my loved ones instead of cleaning my floors, Dustin helped me extend the time between deep cleanings. I completely recommend it!

We bought Dustin almost a month ago and are very pleased with it! We’ve had several other robotic vacs, but the batteries seem to not want to hold a charge soon after the warranty is up. I love that Dustin’s warranty includes the battery! Dustin is quiet and does not bang into furniture and walls as I’ve seen others do. We love ours so much, my daughter bought one for her new place as well!

This product is amazing! So easy to use with great features...like tapping on the map to send Dustin to clean specific areas. Been wanting one for awhile and did lots of research.....So glad I chose this one. He does a thorough job and hasn't gotten stuck once. Highly recommend ! You won't be disappointed with Dustin!

I’ve owned another brand robot sweeper and this bObsweep is the best! It quickly learns any room and cleans it with precision every time. I love that it remembers its location, even if it gets bumped or is stopped during its cycle. I only with it could climb stairs and clean my grandson’s room. Thanks for such a wonderful product.

Great product all around. Very powerful and yet quiet. Was used to my old robot vacuum that used IR and bumping into everything to get around. The Lidar mapping is great. Did one pass of the room and now can navigate around every obstacle. Tried the no mop/no vacuum feature on the app, which is a huge plus. And, I used it everyday and still haven't had to empty it. Would definitely recommend!

My mother had a triple bypass surgery in Dec 2022. She was still able to do light household tasks. She had a pacemaker installed on Monday and from a distance, I knew I had to take immediate action to make her life better, especially knowing she would have difficulty cleaning her floors. I got her Dustin, and I haven't heard her this happy in years! She says it's like having a pet that cleans, and she doesn't have to feed it! Worth every penny and then some!

I bought several Dustin’s for our new house to help clean up the constant dog hair. We have one in the living area, primary bedroom, and downstairs. It truly is an amazing addition to our home. I love that is self cleans the vacuum into the base and the easy to change bag closes automatically when you pull it out.

I bought two of these at a great price. I've nicknamed mine "Bob" and he's great at vacuuming and very thorough. It's very quiet except when it empties (which I've heard is common so it's not an issue). I also bought one for my son and daughter-in-law who think it's great ~ their cat enjoys it, too.

Finally found a vacuum that actually cleans the floors! We love our Dustin. With three dogs and two cats pet hair ends up everywhere. Dustin does a great job picking it all up. Set up a was a snap, the app is easy to use and Dustin mapped out our first floor quickly. We haven't tried the mop function yet but will soon. We are very happy with this purchase.
