Long ago I had a Roomba and though it was very basic, it did well. I disliked my Shark immensely. My BobSweep Charlotte is lacking and I don't recommend it for carpet at all. After lots of research I was hesitant to by another robot vacuum, but the sale price and necessity to keep up with the kid crumbs and dog hair made me try this one. I only use Dustin for vacuuming. It does a great job collecting our very large labrador's hair. It methodically cleans all edges and floors. I love how I can send it to spot clean one room or area. It was easy to set up after changing my Wi-Fi to 2.4 instead of 5. That said... I always have it on medium or high suction power. Low is pretty worthless. Dustin takes about one full battery charge and an hour and a half to clean 1500 sq ft on medium suction. This is perfectly fine for us, but may not for you if you have a larger cleaning area. My only real complaint is that Dustin has no clue when it is full and will just keep packing dog hair in. It can become so compact it will not evacuate into the bin/bag. Since I changed it to empty after every sweep and to sweep twice a day this problem no longer exists. I still scrub the hard floors only by hand, so I have no feedback about mopping.

Exceeded expectations but... It can be finicky. Once the base unit got clogged and I had to use an upright to clear it. The app is pretty impressive in many ways but it's REALLY cludgy in places like switching maps. Sensors are impressive. Mopping works surprisingly well! My floors haven't looked better but you have to tend to it. A good software UI redesign would transform this thing. Recommend but keep your receipt.

I recently received the Dustin Bobsweep. First off, when I opened it up, it was well organized so nothing could get damaged with shipment. They had easy steps to get you started using it. It cleans better than my old robot vacuum. I have not used the mop feature yet, but I'm looking forward to trying it real soon.

Dustin is the second robot vacuum I have purchased and could not be happier. The mapping feature is phenomenal in it cleans every inch of my house. Even better, the mopping feature also works excellent. I have a large dog that sheds and it keeps the hair off my floors with routine vacuuming. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a robot vacuum.

I recently purchased a Dustin to upgrade my cleaning system, I am so impressed with its performance and ease of operation. I had a bobsweep pet model with dual brushes before, but the container had to be emptied after ever use and the charge would go out before it was done and have to be recharged before it finished the house. It was very nice, but I wanted one that emptied its-self and one that could finish the house in one charge. I'm very pleased with the Dustin and highly recommend it.

I ordered Dustin on July 5th 2024. We have ran it three times. This little guy we call Robbie is unreal it picks up dirt set on medium with no problem. The great part it doesn't even hurt my 79 year old back Lol. I would recommend this Robo vac to any one.

Works really well after I figured out how to run it. Really pretty simple. I did text tech support on a couple of questions and they got back to me very quickly. It's now doing what it's susposed to do for the past week and a half without any hickups. Haven't needed to use the mop option yet so I can't give any feedback on that. Otherwise we are very pleased with the Dustin. I would recommend it. We did purchase it when Sam's had it on sale which was another bonus.

This thing is great. No more vaccuuming the pet hair and crumbs up from our slate flooring every day. Dustin moves freely over all of it and slate tile is definitely not a very smooth surface. No more fighting a dust pan on grout lines. Extremely pleased. I just hope it lasts. Right now it seems to do amazing and transitions between different surfaces in different rooms seamlessly. Well done bobsweep. We love Dustin so far!

I am a single dad with two teenage kids. The house is large and robots are life savers. So, I had one on each floor, they are running every night... why do I need another? Well, the self-cleaning function sounded interesting. Was it worth the money? As I said, I was sceptical. 3 months later, I am so happy I did this step. Now I don't clean up the robot, never did. Maybe I should. But the relief is huge. The robot made a precise map of the floor plan. I excluded the carpet from mopping. And honestly, I'm not using the mopping feature. It runs on schedule, at 4 AM and I would find it done, like it never ran. But the house is clean. Same, if not better quality than the two Shark robots that I have. The software is good. I connected the robot to Google home and voice commands work. I'm happy I got this machine! Anyone looking for a gently used Shark robot?

if you try to request your account information to be deleted, they will give a rude attitude and no they will not delete your private information you entered to create the account. Not to mention the false promises and unprofessional communication. The machine itself was good only on sweeping mode. If used higher suction, it will die in maybe 30 minutes. The mop is not useful. So i returned and tried to delete the account, with no use. Been a month and now they just stopped responding. They made wish i never made that purchase in the first place. The take away, purchase just a sweeping robot with map capabilities. And never use your real information with BOBSWEEP.
