I recently bought this vacuum, it works great comes in different colors which is a nice plus. It's my first self cleaning robo vacuum and its working great. I have a dog and its picking up the dog hair well. It performed the mapping of the home well and having the ability to send the vacuum to certain areas is nice. It's an amazing vacuum and I'm happy with my purchase.

We recently moved into a new house, and have a fairly large (110 pound +) “inside” dog that sheds quite a bit. Based on the online reviews, I decided to order Bob to try to help keep the excessive dog hair at bay. I run Bob every 2-3 days, and so far, so good. I owned an iRoomba several years ago, and Bob is so much more advanced than that machine, it’s incredible. Have been very pleased with the purchase.

The robot cleans well enough, but the vacuum station is horrible. It will get clogged in the bend inside the station, and I will have to take the bottom piece off, remove the clog with needle nose pliers, vacuum the debris, and reassemble it. Then I have to get a vacuum to clean the robot.

We bought it 2 months ago and we have been using it regularly. Very happy with our purchase! It’s very efficient in collecting dust and debris, and the mop is also effective. We can track the progress via the phone app. We were having problems with the brush detaching during cleaning. We contacted customer support and the instructions and videos they sent us were excellent and solved the problem. The vacuum does not empty itself entirely in the dock station, but it’s not a problem for us because we like to clean it well after each use. Highly recommended!

Right out of the box, I was impressed with the ease of setup. I charged the vacuum and hit start, and voila it was mapping my downstairs area and cleaning as it went. I was very impressed with how thorough it was with the process. It leaves clean and straight carpet lines for that freshly vacuumed appearance. I could not be more impressed for the value and time savings this affords our household. The mopping feature while it works, it does leave a streak that requires me to run over it again with a steam mop. Overall, I recommend this vacuum/mop combo.
