I bought this robovac to replace an old one. I’m so glad I chose bObsweep because this robovac is great. I love that it maps your entire house floor and you can track it on the app. You can also restrict certain areas of you floor area. I definitely recommend this robovac.

I have used this for about 4 months now. I love it better than the well-known name brand I owned before. I like the way it maps the area to be cleaned and works in an organized fashion to clean the whole floor rather than just bouncing around randomly and missing spots. I love that it vacuums and mops and then dumps itself.

I bought this for my AirBnB home and love it so far. It was a replacement for a 2-yr old Shark version. Dustin is fast & powerful while also having a much better navigation system. My old one kept getting stuck repeatedly on the floor vents (older home) which was fine if I was in there working but a pain if I'd left. My son created a wooden box to slide over the Dustin unit while it's charging, so that renters/guests don't mess with it (especially children). I'm very happy with this purchase!

Bobsweep Dustin a must have vacuum if you have dogs! It saves us so much time everyday eliminating the need for us to vacuum the floors everyday. It's like having a maid. Not only does it do a fabulous job cleaning our hardwood floors and area rugs, but it also eliminates the need for dusting all the furniture every couple of days. We can go several weeks in between dusting furniture since we started using the Dustin robot vacuum. Truly a tremendous time and labor saver! I would highly recommend this robot vacuum.

Dustin has been a great addition to my household. I purchased him about 6 months ago and he is still going strong. You just press go and voilà! I have been able to map three different floors---you just have to choose the map on the app before you start. When he's done with the job (and he does it well), he goes back to his station to relax. I am very happy with this purchase! (Sam's frequently offers significant savings on this vacuum. Just keep checking back for deals. I had been on the fence about acquiring a robotic vacuum but when a deal appeared, it was a no-brainer to give it a try).

This is a very thorough robot vacuum! The Dustin vacuum has a great coverage pattern when operating. It's easy to use, and the app on my phone works flawlessly. The convenience of the docking station and cleaning out the contents is amazing, too. I've owned other vacuums, but the Dustin has proven to be far superior.

My wife was skeptical about buying a remote vacuum. We bought this unit at Sams's Club and it was delivered very quick. We set it up and downloaded the app. We had it map our house and then vacuum completely. It was incredible the amount of dust, dog hair, and other debris it picked up! As a bonus it also mops! Just use the app to tell it what area to vacuum/mop and it will get right too it! 5 stars!

I can't remember the last time I had a vacuum with bags instead of a canister?! It is NOT a detail mentioned in the item description, and the base that holds the bsg is huge so it seems like an unnecessary waste of extra materials and money. On my first use vaccuming, when it returned to the base, it had an obstruction. I had to keep pulling stuff out of the trsp door on the robot. I have thr manual out now to learn mpre beyond the quick guide and see how I can get into the robot and clear it. I like how it maps your floor. You do have to stop the robot to edit the map, and you can set up to 10 no-sweep zones (cat water bowl). In comparison to my Roomba, this robot does not get stuck on my anti-fatigue kirchen mat. I am watching it on its second run, hoping it can get across my 2500 sq ft home in one go, and then I will try mopping for the first time, which that and the self-emptying bin were the two reasons I bought it. It runs very quietly in comparison to the Roomba (my cats are very curious about it), until it goes to the charging station to empty - at that point, my lights flicker and it id as loud as turning on a standard vacuum.

Overall it does a great job! The app is easy to work with, I love the map and zones that you can set up and create. I also appreciate the ability to schedule it to clean when we won't be home. We had a different brand a while ago that did not have the base with a dust bag in the station. I hated having to clean out the vacuum every time (or multiple times) with every use. The dust bag feature is fantastic since we have two dogs. Overall I am extremely happy with the purchase! It has worked great!

Doesn't bother the cats much (except for when it self-emptied-very loud). Have to pick up cat toys before it cleans. I have long hair that gets wrapped around rollers, but it's very easy to remove and clean the roller with Dustin.. I've only used it twice, but so far so good.
