The Dustin vac was a solid buy for us. After an easy setup Dustin got to work. That’s the last time I saw it working. I programmed the vac to do it’s thing at 3:00 am ,so I never see it actually working but I definitely see the results. We have three dogs and Dustin handles the hair with no problem.

Purchased this at the end of last year, didn't expect too much BUT WOW, I'm very impressed with the unit. I gets places an ordinary vacuum could never get. Mapped the area, ran it every day for two (2) weeks cleaning the unit after each run. The floors look very good. Now it gets run every two (2) or three (3) to maintain cleanliness. Will never be without a bObsweep again!

We have had Dustin for about a month and so far we are happy with it. It did a good job of mapping the house and seems to get in all the hard to get at spots. Covering the floors in one direction and then perpendicular to it makes for a very through cleaning. After having to create a couple of 'no-go' areas Dustin does exactly what he is supposed to. We have both carpet and hard floors but it does a great job on each.

This has made life so much easier. Mapped the house perfectly and saves a different map for our upstairs and downstairs. We have a large German shepherd, all hard floor downstairs and mostly carpet upstairs. We have scheduled to run everyday downstairs and occasionally we take it upstairs to clean which is not hard but thinking about buying a second one next Christmas and we're all set!

I saw the reviews on Dustin and thought I would give it a try. I am so glad I did. It’s an amazing vacuum. I love the mapping feature and I love the way that I can block rooms. This is my first robot vacuum and so far so good. I haven’t tried the mopping feature yet but everything else works great. The suction is very strong is good for small and large homes. I would recommend.

Bobsweep has changed my life. As a working mom with 3 kiddos and an indoor dog it's so hard to keep up with daily pick ups. In the evenings after dinner I sit down and press start and feel like I can relax knowing a task is being completed. Super thankful for this product! If you are questioning getting it - its totally worth making your life easier.

I love Dustin for my downstairs. It is all the wood-look laminate flooring with 1 sizeable short pile rug. I had thoroughly researched before buying him and expected some issues that others mentioned but I have not experienced them. Every few weeks, I use my wand vacuum to get the few areas that he can't get to, but otherwise he keeps my cat's hair, my mid-length hair, crumbs, and daily dust gone from my downstairs! I di try using it upstairs as well but it is all carpet and he kept getting so many carpet fibers stuck in his brush, that I stopped. The downstairs was my primary concern anyway. I am not planning on using the mop feature because I am concerned that over time getting it wet will cause problems, and that's not important to me anyway, just the daily sweep up.

Purchased Bob to see if robovacs worked. Do they ever! Initially was concerned as Bob clogged 3 days in a row, but no visible dog hair on carpet. By day 4 Bob caught up to the heavy load of 2 dogs shedding. Bob runs daily each to stay on top of it. High points: adjustable vacuum power, I run on high (dogs), brushes leave a trail of tracks so you can see 100% coverage. Impressive navigation.

Bought this bot to replace an old one I had. I love bObsweep, does a great job on our floors. Love the self emptying very powerful. Love the app, very user friendly. You can program bot everyday or whenever it’s convenient. Overall I love this bot. Can’t imagine our lives without bObsweep. Highly recommended.

This vacuum is very quiet, a big change from my previous vacuum that used to get on my nerves. It cleans well and the mop function comes in handy. I’ve had a bit of a hard time with the app, i.e. the map and dividing/joining rooms. Still working on that….I feel software could be better.
