We are very pleased with this purchase. So far we have only used the vacuum and not the mop, but the vacuum is working very well. The amount of hair that he's picked up that our previous vacuum didn't get is amazing and a little disconcerting LOL. A minor complaint is that I am not notified when Dustin has "trouble" and it sometimes takes awhile for me to notice he stopped running. We've had quite a few as we learn what areas he gets stuck in that we need to make off-limits or rearrange a rug under a cabinet that isn't level (he got in but couldn't get out). Another minor complaint is that when I first open the app sometimes, he forgets there is a map to do a quick clean. I usually go into the map then back out to the quick clean and all is good. Just a bug in the software. Hands down, for the sale price of $200 I paid, this was an excellent purchase.

This vacuum is a game changer. Setup was easy and the updates to the software took no time at all. I do pick up small items (toys) off the floor and make sure any shoes with laces are not in the way. I enjoy the enhanced mapping and flow of the vacuum process. It does not bump and bang into furniture or walls like other cheap models. The battery is amazing and can complete my second floor of about 1000sq feet in just over an hour. The dust bin is big and captures so much pet hair and dirt. On occasion when there is heavy traffic I will pause the vacuum and empty the bin manually then restart it to finish. I am not sure that is necessary but I am a clean freak and it makes me happy. So far so good. The noise is less than a normal vacuum which makes me happy. This has given back hours to my life and allows me to vacuum daily with minimal effort. I like the phone app and the controls it offers. The enhanced map within the app is nice and allows you to follow the vacuum's progress. I enjoy the quick clean and scheduling options. History is available for review. "This Dustin" is what we named it and our bobsweep is always ready to clean. My cons are that it only came with 1 disposable dust bag and when it does empty the dustbin the noise level is loud.

I Bought this robot vacuum about a month ago and immediately was enamored by his intuition and efficiency. We named him, Tito. Tito has displayed a great way to clean our brand new house. I’m very impressed by this bOsweep robot that works on all surfaces. My house has tiles, wooden floor and carpets. It is just what I needed to keep on top of my cleaning. I really wanted a robot vacuum cleaner. I read many reviews on different brands of robots. Having read the feedback from others on bosheep robot vacuum cleaner, I decided to buy it. It was easy to set up. Although it moves about randomly it does a good clean and really picks up loads of dust. Its quiet and goes under the furniture and continues cleaning. Everyone loves it. It's a fantastic product and strongly recommend it.

I got this because of the great deal. I'm thrilled with the performance and do not have to empty it every time it runs with the bag. The only thing I had trouble with was the mop part that would cause it to get stuck on throw rugs. I use it without it and it gets along just fine. We have 4 kids and run it daily to keep the floors clean.

I'm so happy to now own Dustin. This robot vacuum is super convenient to use. Although I currently do not have Wi-Fi to map the house and look forward to getting internet later, Dustin still does fairly well at mapping the house without it. I just wouldn't leave it completely on it's own until I get internet. Since a remote is not included, I simply press the "Go" button on the vacuum itself to activate cleaning. Dustin frees up time for me to get other chores done while it vacuums and mops for me. I love it! Thanks!

I have owned 2 other robot vacuums, neither of which come close to the amount of pet hair and dirt, dust that this vacuum picks up. The battery lasts long enough to do my 2400 square foot house. The self emptying feature is great. Software is very user friendly. Great product.

To whom it may concern, I was given Dustin as a present from my husband for Valentines Day. Best Gift Ever! We have 3 dogs and live in the country, so daily floor maintenance is not a light task. Dustin has taken a huge brunt of the work in not even a month that I find myself with more time to enjoy my family. We have tried two other brands of robot vacuums in the past, and Dustin outperforms them hands down!

I bought this to replace a Roomba that was old and wasn’t working well. So far we have had a good experience with this vacuum. It does a good map of mapping your house and can you can easily find it and control it on the app. It vacuums and sweeps which is different from the Roomba that only swept. This robot also mops but we are just figuring out how to use that feature. It self empties after each cycle which is way easier than having to do it yourself.

I’ve never own a robot vacuum before Bob. And I’m so glad I gave Bob a try. I looked through all the negative reviews and didn’t see much. The only thing I didn’t like about Bob was the dustbin being too small. When I saw there was a promotion for Dustin, I hopped on it and bought 2. I love the self emptying large bin capacity. Now I leave for work and come home to a clean house.
