I got the Dustin a couple of months ago and just started using it. It does what it supposed to do: map the house and clean all of it. The device and control via app are very easy to manage. My only lesson was not to let ir run at night as the noise of emptying the bag is waking my daughter. Overall very satisfied.

I use this and have it to mop at least twice a week for maintenance begween a full mop. It is used on hard flooring and has no issues going between chairs that aren't always in their places. I do not even have to be home to track its progress or to start it to vac or mop. It has been great and use it multiple times weekly.

I bought this to replace a Roomba that was old and wasn’t working well. So far we have had a good experience with this vacuum. It does a good map of mapping your house and can you can easily find it and control it on the app. It vacuums and sweeps which is different from the Roomba that only swept. This robot also mops but we are just figuring out how to use that feature. It self empties after each cycle which is way easier than having to do it yourself.

I just wanted to try out given the massive discount but sadly this robot is just a very underperforming simple robot. I had a Roborock S5 Max before and may be I had much expectation on Dustin comparing to Roborock. Dustin is just a kid's toy comparing to a Roborock. The suction power is not enough! Battery is just not enough to cover just a 2 bedroom apartment in one go! Obstacle avoidance is not accurate and it destroyed a beautiful ornament! Finally the mobile app is a pure garbage! Don't waste money of you really looking for a performance based robot!

To whom it may concern, I was given Dustin as a present from my husband for Valentines Day. Best Gift Ever! We have 3 dogs and live in the country, so daily floor maintenance is not a light task. Dustin has taken a huge brunt of the work in not even a month that I find myself with more time to enjoy my family. We have tried two other brands of robot vacuums in the past, and Dustin outperforms them hands down!

I bought this vacuum a month ago and it has been pretty good so far. I do not care for the extra spinning brush and the way it is attached. It always gets stuck on things and we find it randomly around the house. Other than that it is great. This is my 5th robot vacuum and the quietest one yet.

I love this smart machine so much, that I bought two of them one for upstairs and one for downstairs. Particularly I like the intelligent mapping the entire house. It scans every corner of the house more accurately than the original building plan of the house. Once it maps the entire house, it then intelligently sectioning each room and area individually. You can combine the rooms or areas using the App or leave them separate. There are two ways of operating. You can either select a specific room or area to vacuum or the entire house. The areas that cannot be vacuumed or you know that Dustin might get stuck in there, you can use the App to block the area that Dustin will avoid vacuuming. Most people I see who were having trouble with operating it properly, had to do with the proper use of the App. But once you’ve figured out the App, the rest really becomes automated. As long as you’re using the mapping correctly, Dustin is not going to vacuum the areas that might get stuck in there. The initial mapping by Dustin is to scan the house and memorize the plan of the house. But to block/obstruct the specific areas, has to be done manually and by the user. From the App select Map, then click on the scissors icon, then touch the area you want to block, then toggle the frame to a specific size to block the area you don’t want Dustin to vacuum. In reality it’s very east to use. Just play with the App, you’ll figure it out eventually. Highly recommended. Out of all other brands I had this one is the best of all of them. Some brands are using magnetic tape to block the specific area and some you have to setup physical sensor devices throughout the house to block the area. But Dustin uses the App to block the area you don’t want it to clean. Most users who were not satisfied, most likely they were having a hard time to navigate through the app. This machine is highly App oriented and operates strictly in coordination with the app. You can use it manually too, but first you have to draw the map that can memorize the routs as well as the routines. Dustin is a companion you want to have him in your home.

I Bought this robot vacuum about a month ago and immediately was enamored by his intuition and efficiency. We named him, Tito. Tito has displayed a great way to clean our brand new house. He is efficient, smart and handsome in Navy Blue. We are so happy with Tito and we thank Sam's Club for offering him to us at such a GREAT Price Offer! We have been extremely pleased with Dustin so far. His suction power is impressive, much better than the vacuum we replaced. He is also super quiet. Additionally, it is such a treat not to have to empty the dust bin each time. However, what really impressed us the most is when Dustin mopped and vacuumed AT THE SAME TIME. He really did a great job mopping, too...no streaks. We are overjoyed to have Dustin in our home!

We have had the Dustin for about two months and during that time both we and Dustin have been learning. We learned how to eliminate obstacles so that the Bobsweep vacuum will be able to operate more smoothly and efficiently. During the first run through, Dustin would repeat steps and pause to evaluate often. During the second run through, it functioned more as it should, except that it missed certain areas of several rooms. But to our amazement, it then paused to think before making the journey back to the base station. Then it proceeded to retrace its steps and vacuum all the areas it missed on the first run. By the third run through, it was no longer missing anything. At this point it cleans everything in one ultra efficient jaunt. But best of all, it picks up an amazing amount of dust on each run through, far more that our highly rated upright ever did. This is an amazing product. One more thing. I have contacted support for questions a couple of times and Bobsweep support is excellent as well!
