Worked well for 6 months. Got caught on a sock once and stripped the plastic gears in the brush drive motor, and made a terrible sound anytime it ran. Best to spend your money on a different brand.

Absolutely love this hard working machine and customer service is outstanding. Would highly recommend the Dustin. Wish I hadn’t waited so long to purchase.

Not working properly but no replacement at all.

Constantly plugs up, when it goes to the cradle to empty, it is still full doesnt empty. Youtube how to take it aoart to empty tge bin & clean brushes. Im cleaning it out weekly ... We have 2 long hair cats.

More than a month after purchase, it can't localize itself despite erasing the map and resetting the device. The reviews appear to be fake. Hard pass.

This little machine is great! I am amazed at how well it does. I even posted a video of it vacuuming my livingroom on Facebook for my friends to see. I am one very pleased customer!

I love this product. Dustin can be set to vacuum or mop in targeted areas and to avoid those you do not want disturbed. He is quite and efficient. My husband has hated previous robo vacs due to the noise but is happy with Dustin!

I personally enjoy my new bobsweep self docking system. I have a German shepherd dog that sheds a couple times a year. Having Bobsweep/dustin schedule to vacuum once a day, what a blessing. One happy customer, thank you

I bought this vacuum a couple months ago and it works great. I love the self emptying feature and it actually takes a lot less time to do my 1200 square house than I would have thought. One thing to note is that I have to pick up my throw rugs.

I bought this equipment in Feb. 2024. Was the best purchase I have made when it comes to a home appliance. I have a 7 year old boxer and they shed. So I use My Dustin vacuum about 3 times a week. It does wonders.
