We bought the Dustin bObsweep for my mom and her apartment. We had a little trouble at first with getting the bObsweep app and Dustin connected and working (it was within inches of getting returned!). But after a few back-and-forth emails and calls with customer service, everything is working great and Dustin is doing a fabulous job with the floors! My mom has some mobility issues and also owns an adorable Chiweenie who sheds, so the automation, mapping, self emptying and mopping features of Dustin are beyond wonderful for her! So, in short, we are thrilled with Dustin and would highly recommend it!

Got this a few weeks and it was easy to set up and staert using. I have it run when I'm not home and come home to clean floors! I like that the mapping does not use cameras. This mapped my house very accurately and it is easy to set no sweep or no mop zones! Would buy again!

I have been so happy and impressed with Dustin. The battery life is almost a full hour longer than our Roomba, the app is constant and never seems to be unavailable. The command settings on the app are very beneficial and it's easy to start cleaning when I am not home. We were able to purchase during a large sale and he has proven to be well worth his price tag. The only complaints I have would be the noise while vacuuming. He is not as quiet as I was hoping, but that could be do in part to our high ceilings and wood floors. Also, at one point, the chamber that transfers the collection from the dust bin on the vacuum to the collection bag inside the home, was completely clogged and the bin was not being emptied when Dustin charged. I was not notified of this and didn't realize it until I had run him a few times. I was able to deconstruct the entire base, and clear the clog, but it would have been nice to be alerted that the bin was not emptying upon charging.

I can't remember the last time I had a vacuum with bags instead of a canister?! It is NOT a detail mentioned in the item description, and the base that holds the bsg is huge so it seems like an unnecessary waste of extra materials and money. On my first use vaccuming, when it returned to the base, it had an obstruction. I had to keep pulling stuff out of the trsp door on the robot. I have thr manual out now to learn mpre beyond the quick guide and see how I can get into the robot and clear it. I like how it maps your floor. You do have to stop the robot to edit the map, and you can set up to 10 no-sweep zones (cat water bowl). In comparison to my Roomba, this robot does not get stuck on my anti-fatigue kirchen mat. I am watching it on its second run, hoping it can get across my 2500 sq ft home in one go, and then I will try mopping for the first time, which that and the self-emptying bin were the two reasons I bought it. It runs very quietly in comparison to the Roomba (my cats are very curious about it), until it goes to the charging station to empty - at that point, my lights flicker and it id as loud as turning on a standard vacuum.

if you try to request your account information to be deleted, they will give a rude attitude and no they will not delete your private information you entered to create the account. Not to mention the false promises and unprofessional communication. The machine itself was good only on sweeping mode. If used higher suction, it will die in maybe 30 minutes. The mop is not useful. So i returned and tried to delete the account, with no use. Been a month and now they just stopped responding. They made wish i never made that purchase in the first place. The take away, purchase just a sweeping robot with map capabilities. And never use your real information with BOBSWEEP.

Luckily, we were able to purchase this vacuum on sale for 199.However the functionality within the wifi capability of this vacuum is horrific. I enjoy the wifi feature of the vacuum so that we can cater cleaning to a particular room or if necessary use spot clean. Unfortunately, when the Wi-Fi feature is disabled on the vacuum or continually drops.As we experience, we are not able to use spot clean.Or clean a specific room. For this particular vacuum you have to have the wifi feature enabled to utilize the map with the specific rooms and to spot clean. This is a 2/10 w the wifi.. I suggest. Only purchasing this vacuum if it is on clearance as ours was for a $199.Otherwise I would look at other models available.

I purchased Dustin on a 4th of July sale. Great bargain and great little helper. With 2 cats and a Sheltie, my need for regular floor cleaning is constant. Dustin cleans carpets and hard floors fast and trouble-free. It functions as advertised and is much more user-friendly than older models. Customer service is outstanding. I recommend Dustin (on sale).

We have been using our Dustin Robot for about two months now. It has been very efficient in mapping out the house and cleaning. When the robot has to recharge it returns to base, recharges and then resumes where it left off. It has integrated seamlessly with our Alexa and we can operate remotely through the app. Really enjoy that it empties automatically at every return to base. We have been very pleased with it. We've owned other brands and so far this is operating the best.

The sweep brush and the spare brush would fall out while the vac was operating. Then, the vac would stop in the middle of the job with 51% battery. Pressing charge would send it back to the base station. And, it was unable to detect a ledge into my walk-in shower and got trapped in the shower. Returned it when Customer service ignored my issues except for the sweep brush issue. Extremely disappointed.

I recently ordered Dustin, and I am really happy with it. I actually have had two other popular brand of robots in the past, and gave them away after I bought Dustin. I can’t wait to try the mop feature since all my floors are hardwood. I have two cats that like to leave little hairs around and Dustin tackles them with ease. The map feature is very cool too!
