The setup process and mapping the space was easy. We are happy with the vacuum purchase and hope it holds up for a long time. We don't intend to use the mopping feature so I can't report on that, but for the sale price of $300 we think this was a great purchase that keeps the floors clean of cat hair and cat litter between deep cleanings, which frees us up during the week to just enjoy the space. It's nice to come home from work to a clean floor!

The vacuum does a good job vacuuming, it's relatively fast and the battery power lasts longer than my shark robot. I don't like the fact that it has bags that you have to change and they are expensive to replace. I have not tried the moo feature yet.

We've lived with this little bot for a couple of months now. I like the excellent suction power and that it's low profile. I probably won't use the mop feature, ever. You have to place a separate piece on the vacuum to do the mopping, and the reservoir is inside the bot, then empty it, and you have to let it air out each time you use it. At this price, though, who cares. I love that it can go under almost all of our furniture and especially the kitchen counters, which my other 'bots' couldn't do. Mapping feature is great. The app needs work, especially for spot cleaning feature...kind of confusing. This bot gets stuck quite a bit, on clothes, rugs, and things like guitar stands. I wish it was bagless. I hate having to buy replacement parts, and it's environmentally irresponsible, but I didn't pay much for this vacuum, and I'm getting my money's worth. I've definitely paid more for a different brand (600 ), and I returned several. We'll keep Bobsweep until he gives up, and if they can improve their technology, I would buy another one. Oh, and he's a pretty handsome little dude.

Love, love, love this vacuum. Only had for a few days but it is so much better then our previous brand. The software is easy, it's pretty quiet, suction is great, love that it has replaceable parts, filter and bags. Plus my first one with a mop. We will be trying that out this weekend. It was on sale for a fabulous deal of $179 😮 Buy it you will not regret it. 💓💓💓💓💓💓💓

Horrible product. I returned it. When I was returning it, I saw a couple other same vacuum returned. Two things: the sweeping/rotating brush falls off. There's only one instead of two on each side, which is ought to begin with. Further, it comes with a bag instead of just a bin that you could just empty into a trashcan. So every hundred days you have to replace the bag that you must purchase. There's a reason why it's $400 off it's because everyone is returning it.

Dustin self emptying robot vaccum and mop has exceeded my expectations. I rarely leave a product review, but I am so proud of my purchase that I wanted to share my thoughts with others. I have scheduled it for regular cleaning twice a week and I additionally can do the spot cleaning with the push of a button on my phone on the app in high traffic areas and the kitchen. I still have not tried the mop features but I am excited to try it.

Should have bought a bObsweep a long time ago. So you don't read an essay, I'll get straight to it. - purchased our bObsweep Dustin online from Sam's Club and received the box in excellent condition - instructions were simple to understand, and set up was easy - only negative experience was when my bObsweep was finished with the 1st cleaning it continuously attempted to dock to the charging station with no success. After watching it do this for 30 minutes, I powered it off and contacted customer service via email. As my previous experience with most other companies customer service, I thought this would be a nightmare, and I would end up returning the vacuum. I was shockingly surprised! They answered my email 1st thing Monday morning and told me it sounded like a faulty dustbin. They sent me a new dustbin free of charge and told me I DID NOT have to send the old one back. When I received it in the mail, I installed the new dustbin and voila! It docked to the charging station with no issues. Not only did they fix the issue, but they also contacted me again to ensure the problem was fixed. This company DOES CARE about their customers. - cleans about 2,000 sq ft of hardwood floors and small rugs in 1hr and 40min. We have 3 dogs. 2 of which are a shepard and a malamute. It picks up every piece of hair. You have to see it to believe it. We run our bObsweep 2x a day so the hair doesn't get stuck in the dustbin. Otherwise, it won't empty on the docking station. Like I said it picks up every piece of hair. - As a husband that travels for his job, I bought this to help my wife save some time cleaning because she works as well. She went from vacuuming and swiffering every day to never touching either one except on our thick entrance mats on the weekend. This literally saves her about 6 hours a week. - I am a bObsweep customer for life. From the customer service department to the quality of the machine and cleaning ability, I couldn't have made a better decision when it comes to one of these vacuums. It was seriously worth every penny.

The Dustin Robot sweeper from bObsweep has far exceeded my expectations. Especially for the price (it was heavily discounted), I really expected to return it. Wow, just wow! It was very easy to set up even for a nontech person such as myself. I have a fairly large house with a lot of carpeting and a nonshedding dog that sheds like crazy. I have scheduled the vacuum to do half of the house on Monday, Thursday and the other half of the house on Tuesday, Friday. The battery charge would be enough to do the entire house, but don't think any robot vacuum could hold that much dog hair at one time. I am always impressed by the job it does. One of my favorite parts, is it fits way underneath beds and some furniture (depending on the clearance) where my normal vacuum can only do the edges. This vacuum is a keeper. I highly recommend it.

We call him Dusty and has done a fine job picking up after us. Seems like he’s learning the layout of the house pretty well and has his own personality. The first time we let him do his thing while we weren't there he got stuck as too much hair had gathered in the roller. I check that more often now and is easy to clean out. Always finds his way back to his home and empty himself. Really no complaints as he has fit in with us and just goes about his business doing what was designed to do.

I just bought this last week. It is my first robot vacuum, so I wasn't quite sure what to expect. I love it!!! It is amazing! I have a golden retriever and this vacuum keeps my floors dog hair free! I would've given it 5 stars but the app is not very user friendly and took a lot to get 2 floors mapped and scheduled without losing the information. That said, once I figured out how to program it all in and learned how to open the dust bin hatch (which is not included in the instruction manual) it now works great! Even vacuuming both floors twice a day! Great purchase! I wish I had bought one sooner!
