I was initially on the fence regarding this purchase but after several months of reading positive reviews I decided to purchase. It has neen the best decision I've made. This is definitely the purchase of the year. I absolutely love it! Easy to setup, clean & maintain. I run it 2x a day & my floors have never looked cleaner. If you've considered buying but unsure let this review be the deciding factor! You will not regret it!

We purchased the biosweep Dustin about a month ago. We have had two Roombas over the past several years and wanted to try a different brand. The Dustin vacuum is super impressive. While the latest Roomba is a couple of years old and does have WiFi, the mapping system Dustin uses is awesome. The track it takes also does a much more thorough cleaning than Roomba as it completely does a room back and forth prior to moving on. The ability to schedule it by rooms or zones is also awesome. Bought it for $200 from Sam’s, so couldn’t be more happy with the purchase. While you can only buy parts and additional bags from the biosweep website, the pricing is reasonable.

It’s been a month and so far so good. I like the programming feature and the main emptying vacuum. One point to consider make sure you push the side brush all the way till you hear a click otherwise it will come off while running. Excellent customer service.

Dustin is like the best friend I’ve searched for my entire life! He’s fun to watch as he busily cleans my hardwood floors and carpet. I call him my little buddy and offer words of encouragement. He gets more thorough as he gets used to my apartment. I do wish I could use a solvent or something more powerful than tepid water. Perhaps a steam function to really get the floors clean and disinfected. Other than that I am elated with my purchase and would recommend my little buddy to anyone.

Love it! I am thoroughly impressed. I come home to clean carpet lines everyday. I love that it doesn’t bump from one place to the next haphazardly. It does great transitioning from hard floor to carpet and the map is surprisingly accurate. I’ve divided the rooms up and set up no mop zones so my carpets don’t get mopped when I have the mop on. I’m really impressed. I’ve gone through iRobot and shark robot vacuums and bObsweep has blow them away.

We have loved that Dustin joined our family! We have two young kids and a dog, and Dustin helps us keep up so well! We've owned a few robovacs in the past, and Dustin has by far blown the others out of the water. His mapping feature is amazing, and so easy to tell him if you need a specific room cleaned, or a room to avoid. We haven't done the mopping much, but he worked well when we did. The mopping is more like a Swiffer wet pad just moving along the floor, so it's good, but with all our little feet and paws, we tend to do a good deep mopping rather than have him run the mop. We got him on a major sale, but I wouldn't hesitate to invest in him even at full price. He's definitely not made to be a Pet version, as our long haired dog hair (and two girls with long hair on the house), does occasionally get blocked when he tries to self empty, but that isn't a tough fix, and as long as we keep the house picked up and he runs every day, it seems to be less of a problem.

Love, love, love this vacuum. Only had for a few days but it is so much better then our previous brand. The software is easy, it's pretty quiet, suction is great, love that it has replaceable parts, filter and bags. Plus my first one with a mop. We will be trying that out this weekend. It was on sale for a fabulous deal of $179 😮 Buy it you will not regret it. 💓💓💓💓💓💓💓

The Dustin robot has been a great addition to my cleaning routine, offering efficient cleaning and impressive mapping capabilities. It's been a real timesaver, handling daily chores with ease. The only downside is that when using the mop function, dust tends to stick to the vacuum pouch, which prevents it from being properly emptied by the auto-empty function. Despite this, it's a solid performer overall.

This Vac replaced an older different brand. This was so easy to setup and begin to use. It mapped and cleaned great the first time. After that it has updated as we arranged some things and has been great. Our old one would continually run into things. This one even does under the chairs and the couch. Would highly recommend this model to friends and family. Does a great job on the tile and laminate flooring and we love the self-emptying feature.

Got it during a sale. Definitely not worth the full price, but it's good value at $200. Good customer service. The bad part: I needed customer service (robot losing wifi connection). The dust bin is smaller than expected and the robot gets stuck every time during vacuuming where the previous non-fancy robot I used to own worked just fine (going from bare floor to carpet). But it is more powerful than the previous one and gets the job done in the end.
