Really does a nice job. Extremely thorough and quiet. Battery life has been good and the docking station is small enough to hide in the corner of our kitchen

Exceeded my expectations! It gets all the cat hair and corners that I don’t want to deal with. Great purchase. The self emptying is definitely a plus, not to mention the amazing price for the all the features!

It works great, the first time it maps. After that, it has trouble positioning and it requires you to delete the map and start over. I really wanted this to work, so I have re-mapped our hourse numerous times. I am giving up and returning.

So far, I love it. Works really well. Easy to hook up and get started. I really like the mop. It sweeps and mops at the same time. The price was right too. I have a shark IQ. Love that one too, but decided to try this one for the mop. My mother got one and loved it. So, I decided to try it and so far, it is just as good.

I like the self emptying aspect of the vacuum and the mopping aspect unfortunately, it does not clean as well as my original Roomba of seven years. I have two short haired bully dogs, and it does about a half the job as my rumba. I have to vacuum the floors twice just to pick up the dog hair.

Works fairly well on hard floors and conventional pile carpet and is relatively easy to program. It is not good at picking up fine dog hair and is awful at handling a chunky wool carpet, leaving small bombs of lint all over the floors. It is often stuck on a jute carpet, too. I often just have to revacuum after it finishes.

I've had this vacuum for about a month & have been very pleased. It's the second robot vacuum I've had it it's a step up from the previous bc of the self-emptying capacity, the mop function & the programmable features. The area it cleans is entirely hard wood, so it's a simple process, but the upgrades have been worth it. The mop feature works great so far.

Dustin is a joy to have in our home. I am obsessed with having a clean kitchen floor and I was getting tired of vacuuming everyday after work. Now Dustin vacuums for me while I'm at work. I love that he empties the crumbs and dog hair into the bag so I don't have to breathe in the dust. I also love the mopping feature and the app. This is my first robot vacuum and I'm happy with how hard it works to clean every inch it can reach.

Great robot but software needs updates. My house is not all squares a lot of triangles and triangles are not an option on the app for no mop or no sweep zone. Disappointed that the robot does not recognize carpet to hard wood but that is on me as not an option on this model. But cleaning wise Dustin does his job well enough.

it is the noisiest robot vacuum i have ever had. it just keeps getting louder and louder. it stops frequestly and does not learn where not to go. Often when you even put dont go areas on thr map, it ignores them. i also find that it does not thoroughly clean as the one i got 6 years ago feom an off brand company. i wouldnt invest in this vacuum again. Im going to contact costomer service, but im sure there will be little done sicne it has been year.
