Dustin gets pretty good layout of the floor and able to manuever around plain floor to carpet. Easy to use. App customization took some learning but easy to use. Come home to a clean space when dustin is activated remotely from app!

This sweeper is a fantastic item and very powerful. We have a cat that is a shedding machine and the house hasn’t been this free of cat hair in months. If you’re in the market for a sweeper, I bet you’ll feel the same way.

Bob has been a game changer at my house with keeping up with all the dog hair from my 2 little babies! I haven't tried the mopping component yet but am so excited to try it! I love how Bob knows exactly where to go to make my busy life easier.

Really does a nice job. Extremely thorough and quiet. Battery life has been good and the docking station is small enough to hide in the corner of our kitchen

The wifi needed is not compatible with our home. Without the programming, it would not return tot he docking station. More information needs to be given.

The vacuum works really well, but the mop is worthless. It says to use water in the mop reservoir so basically this thing is dragging around a wet wash cloth to “mop.” I sent mine around twice and my floors still look dirty.

We bought our Dustin three months and named him SWEEPY. This product is awesome. We have him come out twice a week and he gets the whole house vacumed in two hours. Does a fantastic job and keeps the carpet looking brand new

Worst robot vacuum. It would stop in the middle of our floor, nothing in its way. It also could not find its way back tothe dock. The "mop" is also a cloth that just spread water across floor.

I love my Dustin but I LOVE the customer support even more! Each time I've reached out for help, the technicians walk me through the appropriate steps needed very fast. I had an issue and they promptly replaced the unit. Best experience ever!!
