You get a lot for the money. Dustin mapped out the perimeter and then made a row by row pass to clean the middle area. He is very good at making it over thresholds, transitions and scatter rugs/door mats without getting stuck so keep outside doors closed or set virtual walls so he doesn't escape outside. After mapping has been completed its very easy using the application to set up virtual walls in the form of squares or lines to block areas where you do not want him to go. Room labeling is easy too as is combining and splitting rooms. Before mopping though you need to set up your carpeted areas as "No Mop Zones" so you don't have him trying to mop your carpets/scatter rugs. While you shouldn't put cleaners of any kind in the water reservoir and should use distilled water you can spritz the cleaning pad with a cleaner that doesn't require rinsing. When using the "Deep Clean" Mop Setting which is a bit more than just damp mopping I like to turn the vacuum to its lowest power setting to ensure you don't vacuum up wet dirt and of course let Dustin vacuum the entire area before filling it with water and attaching the mop attachment. The only negative is that Dusting does not appear to have a piezo element to enhance the mopping function or any other type of active scrubbing/agitation mechanism. An upgraded mopping reservoir with that feature would be a welcome improvement to an otherwise great robot mopping vacuum.

This is my first robotic vacuum. I have always wanted to try one but was overwhelmed by the different brands. I would always gravitate towards the brand names everyone knows, then rethink when I saw the price point. I literally did that for years, never wanting to pull the trigger…until I received an email from Sams with specials advertised. I thought it was too good to be true, and did my usual back and forth contemplating. I read all the reviews, was intrigued by the dry annd wet mop features, and walked away with a positive feeling about this robot vacuum and decided to finally give one a try! I cannot be more pleased with this purchase! It has been very effective and easy to use. I have not tried the wet mop feature yet so I can only comment on the vacuum part. Did it pick up every speck on the floor? No. Do I expect it to? No I think that’s unrealistic. But when I see how much it did pickup with ZERO effort other than pushing the go button, it’s an obvious choice! My husband and I struggle with shoulder and back injuries where the motion of vacuuming is difficult. We are so pleased with this purchase for effortless cleaning!

Purchased in March 24' and I am HAPPY! Dustin is doing everything I tell him to do. His legs don't work well, so I have to carry him to the different levels of the house, but once I put him down, he does the most thorough job. I never have to tell him twice...in fact I don't have to tell him once. I simply give him a little pat on his head and he's off, finding all the little crumbs and dirt I drop on the floor. He does all this without complaint or attitude. I love him and so glad he lives with me now!

This is not my first robot vac. However this is the best one I have purchased. It maps perfectly and has no problems navigating around. It doesn’t need to bump into things to find it way around. Has different suction power settings and the ability to pick a room for it to travel to and vac just that area is simple and brilliant. The battery lasts a very long time even after running around over an hour it’s still ready for more. The self emptying feature is great. It’s nice to just have a bag to change out and not deal with emptying a small tray that other vacs had that I have run in the past

Does not pick up hardly anything. Better to take 10 minutes to sweep floor instead of 30 minutes just to have to go behind this and resweep. Has a hard time finding the dock to charge, literally took it 13 minutes to find it. Only used it for a day and its worthless.

We've had Dusty in the office now for a few months and set it to run every night. Once in a while, like once every 2 weeks, it gets caught in the cords by our desk, but most mornings I walk into a clean floor and no tangles. Dusty is especially important, because our office is an acupuncture office and we want to ensure that no needles are ever left on the floor. I love that I can program it to run and that the app will show me how Dusty has been learning and covering more and more footage. Overall, I would highly recommend Dusty and its amazing skills.

I was so excited to find a vacuum with self-empty and a mop in this price range. However, after using it for about a week, I was not happy with the product. It took 2 times to get my house vacuumed and when I mopped, it left a trail of water. The mop head got soaked so it wasn't drying the floor and when it went over a rug, the mop head folded in half and then did not mop at all. The water reservoir was not large enough to cover my living, dining and kitchen area but it could have been because the water came out heavy in the beginning. Do not recommend.

bOb Our cozy little robotic vacuum. We love our newest member so much that we renamed it Bob! It is not your ordinary home vacuum cleaner. Bob has been equipped with state-of-the-art technology and has a personality. Bob wakes up every morning, his batteries fully charged, and he starts his cleaning adventures. He will glide across the floors, sucking up dust and debris, leaving our home spotless. But Bob has a secret passion - he loves to explore. Just assign him a simple program or let him investigate. He will map out his daily route and save it automatically to memory. Bob is not just a cleaning machine; he has become a vital part of our family.

Worked well enough for about a year and then stopped picking up anything. Also the “mopping” feature is pretty useless. It is just a microfiber cloth that attaches to the bottom so don't count on it doing much. It was nice that it is self emptying and the bags lasted a while but overall not worth it since it no longer works.
