Luckily, we were able to purchase this vacuum on sale for 199.However the functionality within the wifi capability of this vacuum is horrific. I enjoy the wifi feature of the vacuum so that we can cater cleaning to a particular room or if necessary use spot clean. Unfortunately, when the Wi-Fi feature is disabled on the vacuum or continually drops.As we experience, we are not able to use spot clean.Or clean a specific room. For this particular vacuum you have to have the wifi feature enabled to utilize the map with the specific rooms and to spot clean. This is a 2/10 w the wifi.. I suggest. Only purchasing this vacuum if it is on clearance as ours was for a $199.Otherwise I would look at other models available.

I've had this for a month and use it every day. I have 100% concrete floors with no rugs so I can't review how well it works on carpet or stairs and I also have 5 small dogs. I love that it goes back and forth in a straight line and then goes around baseboards. I also love that it empties itself although the emptying process is extremely loud. I absolutely love the mop feature but I dont like that the spinning brush is only on one side and happens to be on the side that has already been cleaned (it passes partly over what it has already cleaned). I also like that it sweeps/mops once and then goes back to the charger. It uses only about 10% battery to do my living room, formal dining room and kitchen. I use my Shark in the bedrooms. Comparison to the Shark: It's quieter, more advanced and doesn't run willy nilly until the battery dies like the Shark does. But it gets wedged under the front of my couch and climbs up and gets stuck on a few things which my Shark does not. Trying to make a no sweep zone on the apps map is a pain and I wish there was a "remap area" option for when I move furniture. As it stands I have to delete and make a new map. Over all I have no regrets buying it.

Dustin, affectionately called Bob by my family, has been a game changer. With two toddlers, a large dog, and a very active overall family the vacuuming became a constant chore for me. Along came Bob, who, on day one, demonstrated his value. He mapped the whole house, including temporarily obstacles from my kids, and went to work! He runs extremely quietly even on full power, and I haven’t had to vacuum once since my purchase three weeks ago. He even manages to get the pesky corners! Snacks on the floor? Call Bob. Dog rolled on the carpet? Call Bob! Leaves tracked in from the kids coming and going? Don’t worry about that, because Bob will get it tonight! Now, every night, Bob wakes up as we go to bed and I come downstairs in the morning to perfectly clean floors and straight vacuum lines on my carpet-every single day! Don’t get me started on his mopping night each week!

I had bought BobSweep Dustin and Shark Matrix plus so that I can compare the performance. I believe Dustin beat Shark as below - 1. Dustin has better and accurate mapping compare to Shark 2. Dustin has better software as while cleaning it shows live location of Dustin 3. Dustin reaches hard to reach places (under the furniture) compare to Shark as it has low height 4. Suction is comparable to Shark 5. No sweep and No mop zone are the best features 6. Room clean feature is the best which we always use and spot clean ais efficient. Due to above great features.. Shark went back to the store and Dustin is our best friend forever for vacuuming

Dustin has been a great addition to our family. His ease of use and scheduling makes him more reliable then my kids when it comes to cleaning. The mapping is great and very accurate, the ability to select which room u want to clean or not clean is a great option. Highly recommend Dustin!

After waiting a long time to decide on a robot vacuum, we jumped on a deal to try out Dustin. What a great decision that was! It has been a huge help keeping the floors clean with two kids running through the house throughout the day. As we have tile floors we have found the mopping feature to be a HUGE benefit. Would highly recommend anyone thinking about a new robot vacuum to try out Dustin.

I bought this Dustin and so far, I really enjoy it. I like how it automatically maps out the area. Additionally, it has different settings to adjust the suction. I haven't got to use the mopping feature so not sure how well it works. So far, very easy to use. Would definately recommend.

I am so glad that I made this purchase of the Dustin Vacuum. The app is easy and fun to use. For those who wrote that you have to have 2.4 GHz, I want to tell you that you can still download the app even if you have 8 GHz. Just call your Internet provider and ask for a guest split of 2.4 GHz so you can download the app for your Dustin. I'm glad I did because now I can do more with Dustin. I watch the map as it goes from room to room among many other things. I can even label my rooms on the map. Dustin does a great job vacuuming. I don't know how it knows to go back over spots it missed but I'm glad it does and it goes between chair legs. I'm very impressed. I want to add that the support team is very helpful.

We are very pleased with this purchase. So far we have only used the vacuum and not the mop, but the vacuum is working very well. The amount of hair that he's picked up that our previous vacuum didn't get is amazing and a little disconcerting LOL. A minor complaint is that I am not notified when Dustin has "trouble" and it sometimes takes awhile for me to notice he stopped running. We've had quite a few as we learn what areas he gets stuck in that we need to make off-limits or rearrange a rug under a cabinet that isn't level (he got in but couldn't get out). Another minor complaint is that when I first open the app sometimes, he forgets there is a map to do a quick clean. I usually go into the map then back out to the quick clean and all is good. Just a bug in the software. Hands down, for the sale price of $200 I paid, this was an excellent purchase.

Absolutely love this purchase. So easy to set up and use. Not have had a single issue as of now. We have set it up for evening times when we are out and come back to a very clean house. Also the blue color is so beautiful. I highly recommend this product.
