Dustin (this robovacuum’s name) is doing great in our home. I like how we can customize his cleaning schedule, vacuum power, vacuum/mop combo along with area designations to where he should be cleaning and at what times. Our floors haven’t looked this clean consistently ever! The self-vacuum part is really loud and it would be nice if that part was quieter somehow. This is our first one ever and we’ve been loving it overall. It’s a great feeling when something else is doing the cleaning!

I recently received a BObsweep Dustin Robot Vacuum & Mop. This thing is fantastic! I took it out of the box and charged it up. The next day I picked up all the doggie toys, connected Dustin to my WiFi and hit the go button. Dustin started running around the house making a map of everything! (And yes, I followed him around to see if he really went everywhere) He got around all of it! I pulled the dining chairs out to give him a little room and he went around and under everyone them. All around everything and mapped it all out. This is fantastic! You can set up no sweep zones. You can set up no mop zones. He does a great job mppping my tile floors. It’s so cool to send him to sweep a certain room that you want done or even to do just a part of a room that needs a little help. This little robot saves me so much time and trouble, and does such a GREAT job. I love this little robot and all he does. Thank you Dustin!

I love our 'Dusty' as we call him. He works beautifully on both our tiles and rugs. He swept and mapped our entire house in a little over 2 hours. Now I can program when and what he sweeps on my phone app. I haven't tried his mopping yet but love watching him work so I don't have to !

We love our Dustin so far! Especially how quiet it is compared to our old robot vacuum. And it is so nice to have it empty itself, especially since we have a Labrador Retriever and a long hair cat…the canister can fill up quick with all that hair! And it is great for a quick mop, not a deep clean, but still nice for those muddy pawprints.

I bought the Dustin robot vacuum about six weeks ago and it has exceeded my expectations. Dustin has more suction power than I expected and always leaves the carpet looking freshly vacuumed. I have a long-haired cat and Dustin does a great job of picking up her fur! Dustin makes it easy to vacuum under tables, beds, ect. without the need to move anything.....a lazy person's dream! Finally, Dustin is quiet......it does not frighten my cat. In fact, Dustin is so quiet that one one occasion, I started Dustin and then fell asleep on the living room couch. I woke up about an hour later and Dustin had finished vacuuming that floor of my house, including the living room, without waking me up. Dustin is the best purchase that I've made in a very long time!

I have enjoyed Dustin so much more than I expected - he is absolutely fantastic! I've been surprised what a thorough job he does of cleaning the floor. My favorite is the mop cycle... Love getting that fresh clean floor shine. Thanks for a great product!!!

I have loved my Dustin vacuum since I got it. It has exceeded my expectations in how easy it is to use and how good of a job it does when cleaning. I have yet to try out all the attachments (the mop for example, I have not yet tried) and I look forward to getting some extra free time to try it out. However, thus far I can happily report that my Dustin has far exceeded my expectations and has integrated itself into my weekly cleaning routine.

After purchasing another "smart" robot vacuum brand I decided I needed more control and went in hunt of an upgrade. I couldn't be much happier with my Bob Sweep vacuum-I can keep my floors cleaned from work and know when Dustin has completed the job or if he has encountered any issues along the way. The multiple map and mopping features mean my old manual vacuum only has to come out sparingly.

Doesn't bother the cats much (except for when it self-emptied-very loud). Have to pick up cat toys before it cleans. I have long hair that gets wrapped around rollers, but it's very easy to remove and clean the roller with Dustin.. I've only used it twice, but so far so good.

The Dustin robotic vacuum is very good. Its navigation is consistent and reliable. The cleaning performance is impressive at the highest suction setting, with no issues in my small apartment, which has mostly hardwood floors and a few rugs. The emptying process is efficient. I haven't had a chance to try the mopping function yet. The app is relatively good but could use some improvements. Roborock and even iHome offer smoother and more logical interfaces. That said, all the important functions are included. Initially, I had some issues with the scheduling function not working, but customer support resolved it over the phone. There was practically no waiting time, and the representative was very nice and knowledgeable. Overall, I am very satisfied with the purchase.
