Dustin , excellent performance in vacuuming, he was able to reach places I could not. Very happy with Dustin, I have not use mopping feature at this time . I like my Dustin very much. I used it for more than a month before writing this review. It moves fast and very agile. The self empty function is great and the dust bag is huge. It can hold months of dirt before the bag needs to be discarded. I think it can hold more than 70 days worth of dirt. My favorite function is the quick clean which you can pick a room or circle you desired area e.g. two specific rooms together. To add Dustin to Alexa for voice command, it is easier to do it from the bObsweep mobile app, go to Settings->Alexa|Google Assistant->Alexa, follow the 4 steps instruction in the bObsweep mobile app, make sure you use the email and the "assigned" password in Step 2 to enable the skill in Step 3. Overall, I'm very happy with this robot vacuum cleaner.

if you try to request your account information to be deleted, they will give a rude attitude and no they will not delete your private information you entered to create the account. Not to mention the false promises and unprofessional communication. The machine itself was good only on sweeping mode. If used higher suction, it will die in maybe 30 minutes. The mop is not useful. So i returned and tried to delete the account, with no use. Been a month and now they just stopped responding. They made wish i never made that purchase in the first place. The take away, purchase just a sweeping robot with map capabilities. And never use your real information with BOBSWEEP.

Not what I was expecting. The price was great, but I did not like the loud noise it makes when it released the dirt in the container. It sounds like a shop vac. Was not impressed. Now this is the 1st robot vacuum I purchased so I may not know enough information when purchasing one. I would give the price 5 stars. 219.00 plus tax. originally 599. I did use it to see how it picked up. Not knowing anything about these, I guess it worked ok. If you don't mind the noise, I guess you will like it.

To whom it may concern, I was given Dustin as a present from my husband for Valentines Day. Best Gift Ever! We have 3 dogs and live in the country, so daily floor maintenance is not a light task. Dustin has taken a huge brunt of the work in not even a month that I find myself with more time to enjoy my family. We have tried two other brands of robot vacuums in the past, and Dustin outperforms them hands down!

I bought Dustin in February and it was great. He does the vacuum and mopping very well. Takes a bit to understand how to use the app but once you get it, the robot is totally controllable by the phone. It is intended to be connected to Alexa but I still haven’t got it yet. He is a bit noisy, specially when it comes back to the charger. The vacuum system always gives us a scare. Overall speaking, I definitely recommend it.

So far this vacuum has been doing great. It picks up way more than my previous vacuum, so much that the self empty got stuck. Now that it has been in use for a couple of weeks, no issues with the self empty feature and still picking up a lot of dog hair.

I like the both the vacuum and mop features. It does a great job on both carpet and hard floors. The battery lasts a long time and saves me time when it comes to cleaning my floors. I really appreciate my great helper. So you just sit and relax and you let your helper do the work.

Dustin is meeting my expectations and more! I am satisfied with my purchase and the excellent job the Dustin does in keeping my floors clean. I have taken full advantage of the scheduling and mapping program and run the Dustin 2-3 times a week. Thus far, the Dustin has met my automated vacuuming needs. As far as maintenance, I already completed it for the first time last week and found it to be an easy task. The only feature I haven’t tried yet is the mopping.
