Hello Valued Customer. Thank you for your question. No, when you switch the Trivac to the vacuum feature, it will also mulch down your leaves at the same time. We do not make a Trivac or blower vacuum that will allow you to do one or the other.

We apologize for any inconveniences you have been caused. The Trivac is equipped with an extension cord retainer to help keep your power cords connected, even if it gets caught while you’re working. If the Trivac will not vacuum or mulch, we recommend removing the tube to check for debris that may be clogging the intake or the impeller.
