Has lasted years under heavy use

This is a one-for-one replacement of the one I have been using extensively for years. Replacement was required because the hard plastic housing surrounding the motor was finally punctured by repetitive strikes against it from the inside by hard bits of mulch that occasionally get sucked up.

12 amp blower - vac

LOVE this version Stronger suction , easy bag attachment , more control on the blower strength , love the metal mulching blades , especially on the oak leaves and their stems that would get stuck in the older version . The bag zipper doesn't open the bag wide enough to let a full bag dump out easily, that is my only complaint

Worx Leaf Blower & Mulcher

Works well on dry/wet leaves, including twigs and pinecones. The vacuum is strong and can over power the ability to keep up with the mulching functionality causing it to clog. But, at this price point, the blower does what it says. Happy I bought it.

Better than I had thought

I rarely, if ever, review any products I purchase. I am making an exception today. I was wanting a leaf vacuum for our backyard… had looked at several on the internet… and none had great ratings/reviews, regardless of price. I saw this one at Sam’s and put it in my buggy with plans to purchase. . I ate a snack in the cafe while I read the reviews….. and I was not impressed. So much so that I returned it to its display. A couple weeks later, I decided to give it a shot, basically based on the pricing….decided it was worth $60 if it lasted this fall season. I used it that first afternoon and it worked as I had hoped! I was able to vacuum leaves out of our pine mulch without including the pine needles! Once I did the landscaped areas, I continued to vacuum the rest of our smaller backyard. I emptied the bag 3-4 times. I would prefer that it was be battery operated but it does what I had hoped it would do. It IS abit unwieldy until you get the hang of it. I am in my late 60’s, 64” and I managed it ok. Previous reviewers have commented that the on/off switch is very hard to manipulate…. It is stiff but I did not find it hard to use. The bag developed a small tear after using it a second time…. I have plans to mend it. The second use worked as well as the first use. Overall, I am pleased with this purchase….it does what I wanted it to do and the price was right!

Fantastic, wish it had wheels to mulch though

I love the adaptability of size to attach to trash can for mulching and using less trash cans. The only issue is it is heavy to hold the leaf blower part after a while and you basically vacuum every spot in your yard. Wheels to help support the leaf blower mulcher on the ground would be helpful for the amount of time spent holding it. The speed of blower is good, but a little confusing as it is connected to vaccuum portion to send to mulcher. It takes a few turns of the switch to fully cut off blower or vacuum.

less than expected

The blow speed was less than expected. And while it did chop up my leaves, I didn't feel like it was a 16:1 ratio. I poored out a previously raked bag of leaves and mulched them, only to find that the space savings was about 1/3.

Adaptors not included

Sam’s Club website/app lists the item as including adaptors for other leaf vacs. Product does not include them nor make reference to them on the packaging. As for the product itself, leaf vacs are a dusty affair, though this one slightly less so because you can deposit mulched leaves directly in the can rather than constantly having to empty a small bag & wind up with a dust cloud in your face each time. Still, you’re gonna get messy & want to wear a mask. Pleased with the performance of the product, just wish it included the adaptors as my intent was to eventually use the LEAFPRO with a cordless vac.

Great Mulcher, Not A Great Blower

I bought this a few weeks ago, and have tried 4 times. Once in the mulching stage, and 3 as a blower. The mulching part works great. I love the collection system. It attaches right to your garbage can, and neatly collects the debris. The blower part in a bit disappointed. It's not as strong as I would've liked. The way they have it set up on the machine is awkward. It is covered by the mulching shoot, and it's hard to direct it to the specific area I need. I still have time to decide if I need to return or not.

Hard to work with.

Looks like it is nice, however, I missed in the description that this is corded when I wanted battery operated. It is also a 2 prong where most extension cords are 3 prong. Also, the trigger to turn it on is so stiff I can barely switch it on with both thumbs.

Buy a rake and tarp instead and save your back!

Overall suction was not enough to pull in mildly wet leaves. Blowing function was not worth adding and provides very little mass flow and will not move the leaves around (dry or wet). Operator's height needs to be between 4'6" and 5'4" in order to not have to bend down to get nozzle near enough to the leaves for effective suction. Weight of the unit is uncomfortable after a short time (10 minutes) and would be improved by a shoulder strap and 2nd handle to help swing side to side. Mulcher was ok with leaves, but couldn't handle ANY small sticks and made the process tedious as you had to stop every minute and remove clogged debris from the suction nozzle to keep leaves flowing.

Hello Valued customer,The trivac is intended to suck up dry leaves only as we do not recommend mildly wet or wet leaves. We also suggest filtering out sticks or cones before use.
