Shattered on first use and not all comfortable

Very first use and a small rock apparently was enough to shatter the housing. Not real happy about that but I also didn't love the handle arrangement at all and it was simply too short for a taller person to use comfortably.

Broke first use

Used it for the first time to vacuum up leaves and acorns, the outer plastic that houses the mulching blade now has a large crack in it. Cheaply made, with cheap plastic.

The TRIVAC is designed for typical yard debris like dry leaves and we do not recommend using the tool to vacuum acorns, nuts, gumballs, pine cones, branches, or any hard debris that could become a projectile. These materials can cause internal damage to the tool, including the mulching housing, and may also pose a safety risk. The problem is that it’s so noisy it hurts my ears! Otherwise, it works good and I could use it for a longer period time if it wasn’t so noisy. You also have watch for branches since it mulches.

Heavy and not a good blower.

I had high expectations, and was really disapointed. The blower part of the unit is really really weak, and the suction part is just about as bad. Not at all functional as a blower.
