I really miss Smooth coffee...the coffee that was sold before the rebranding into Classic coffee. It just isn't the same. Please bring back Smooth coffee and the original formula. I am now on a new quest to find other brands that are better than the Classic recipe. We used to recommend Smooth coffee to our friends and family. We are no longer able to recommend Krispy Kreme for anything.

We have been buying Krispy Kreme Smooth for a several years now and love the taste. I ordered the coffee, not paying attention that the label changed. Keurig is stating that only the packaging has changed as seen in many other reviews here. This is absolutely false!!!! You can even smell the difference while it's brewing. It is definitely stronger smelling and tasting. We have some KK Smooth to compare against. We know who's pants are on fire!

I am happy I tried this Krispy Kreme blend. It is a nice medium blend on the lighter side of medium but not wishy washy. It is not bitter like so many others and tastes great, made in my older Keurig. (*I could not use a brand new highest end Keurig machine after several cleanings since all coffee tasted bitter in it to me...I am a "super taster".)

This has been my favorite coffee for a while now a few days ago I purchased “Classic” smooth Medium roast which was in a similar box as what I had been buying I just thought it was a updated packaging. When I brewed my first cup one big drink later I knew it was more than a packaging that had changed!!!! I don’t like this at all!!! BRING THE SMOOTH LIGHT ROAST BACK PLEASE!!!!

I love the krispy cream smooth. I didn't notice when I bought the last box that anything other than the color of the package had changed until I made my first cup. Ugh. I immediately knew something was not right. I looked again and it didn't day smooth and the colors were reversed on the front. Too bitter. It might be classic but I am no fan. Bring back my smooth.

Long time KK smooth drinker. I sent a concerned e-mail about why smooth was no longer available and got a response saying it is the same formula. My taste disagrees. This is not the Krispy Kreme Smooth that I love. Drinking GMCR Breakfast Blend. Something more than the name has been changed.

How can you say that it is "re-branding" when it clearly says that the Classic is a medium roast and the Smooth is a light roast? It has a totally different taste. You can keep the Classic but bring back the Smooth! It would bring back many of the customers that you lost, including myself.

Unfortunately the "Classic" is just a "rebranding" - it is a totally different (in a bad way) cup of coffee. For Keurig reps - please take our customer feedback and bring back the "Smooth" flavor! Used to buy many boxes of those. tried this "classic" and not buying anymore

I think there must be a bad batch of these or something. I've ordered these before, but now they just cause my Keurig to jam. I've done needle maintenance 3 times and took my machine apart and cleaned it and every time I use these they jam my machine. I have dozens of other K-Cups that work fine, so it is not my machine. I would avoid these K-Cups.

So KK Smooth coffee - light roast recently changed to KK Classic coffee - medium roast. It is not the same. Even the name indicates it is different. I do not care for the new classic. Not as smooth and more bitter. Please bring back the original smooth!
