I had a Keurig a while back and had donated it to a friend that had a house fire. Recently, for my bridal shower I received a new one as a gift. I don't know why I didn't try this coffee sooner but it's definitely my #1 now! The taste is amazing and it's a good morning coffee

I don't understand why you guys would change a good thing. The smooth was perfect the way it was. I have in my cabinet some "Smooth" pods and some "Classic" pods. I can be blindfolded and have my husband brew the coffee and I can tell the difference every time. The smooth tastes much better -- even the aroma smells better and you can easily tell which is which. I am looking for other coffees besides the Classic. You guys are losing customers because you made this change. Please bring back the Smooth. You won't be sorry. Please.

This has been my favorite coffee for a while now a few days ago I purchased “Classic” smooth Medium roast which was in a similar box as what I had been buying I just thought it was a updated packaging. When I brewed my first cup one big drink later I knew it was more than a packaging that had changed!!!! I don’t like this at all!!! BRING THE SMOOTH LIGHT ROAST BACK PLEASE!!!!

Unfortunately the "Classic" is just a "rebranding" - it is a totally different (in a bad way) cup of coffee. For Keurig reps - please take our customer feedback and bring back the "Smooth" flavor! Used to buy many boxes of those. tried this "classic" and not buying anymore

I always ordered the smooth, but somehow the classic was added to my auto ship. I do not like the classic. It is too strong. Classic is not the same as smooth.

I try all different coffees looking for one that tastes very smooth going down n no after taste. I since ha e turned my whole family on to this coffee declious.

Krispy Kreme Classic has a smooth, full bodied taste. My only issue with it is the brew time. I feel like I wait, and wait, and wait for the brew to finish.

I love Krispy Kreme Smooth Light Roast Coffee - so glad I saw the one star reviews showing the unwanted change to "Classic". Now I know not to order from Keurig but instead continue to purchase from my local grocery store.

Long time KK Smooth drinker (light roast). I think KK Smooth was renamed to Classic and I received an email saying it was the same coffee and same great taste. But Classic is a medium roast so isn't it a stronger coffee?

I have been drinking this for a long time. I love the consistent smooth taste of it. It has been reclassified from Light to Medium Roast. I prefer a light roasted coffee and this Krispy Kreme works for me!
