This chicken base is very good. It has a natural flavor of chicken. You don’t have to use a lot and it dissolves very quickly.

This product is amazing. I wont make soup or gumbo without it. It's much more economical than broth.

This can be very salty if you let the stock reduce. Careful about reducing. Don't use with beef stock, Don't add any salt

This base is great when you want to add more chicken flavor to your chicken noodle soups, chicken pot pies, and gravies.

Better than most bouillons. Sometimes there's small "twiggy" stuff in it that I have to put through strainer. Even doing that, it's still the best for making soups, etc.

This is a good product , but the price goes up every few months. Stop with the gouging every American that buys your product. It seems to be every company is so greedy now. Stop!!!!

My local Sam's literally starting selling this MM chicken base as a replacement for Tones within the past year. I am not sure how some of these reviews say that they have used it for "decades". Nonetheless, after using it the first time yesterday, I had a reaction to it similar to an MSG reaction. Yes, it's says it has no MSG, but it does have several other taste enhancers listed at the bottom that are used in conjunction with MSG normally. Just beware if, like me, you have reactions to MSG.

My favorite base is LB Jamisons but that's no longer sold in stores (discontinuing?). I can find it on Amazon but they're like $11/ea. I stumbled upon this and decided to give it a shot. Ended up having really good flavor. The consistency was a bit more "loose" than Jamisons, but overall, it's a decent alternative for something it seems like they're doing away with.
